The house has hot air heating, washing machine and crib. It is of course located on private property (800m2) adjacent to forest, meadow and dune.

Apartment 't Schuuntsje is located in the middle of the farm, with the entrance being the old Schuuntsje (the characteristic roof in Terschelling architectural style).
