a very beautiful location and a very nice host

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

lovely homely cute apartment. Stefano is great to communicate with. I personally didn't need any further help but could tell Stefano would be more than happy to help with anything. It was a perfect spot while walking the via Francigena with plenty of restaurants to choose from on the doorstep.

Leonardo is an impeccable host, we felt at home with the positive qualities of a green setting in which to find peace. We highly recommend it for those looking for a place of relaxation, good taste and beauty. Thank you Leonardo!
