Located on Rue Saint-Laurent on the right bank of the Isère, at the foot of the Bastille and the departure point for the cable cars to go up to the Bastille. Old town atmosphere while being at the foot of the very center and in absolute calm. Located on the 3rd and top floor, without elevator access, in a charming Hacienda-style building Perfect location for exploring the city and visiting the many nearby museums. A real favorite!

This 80 m² apartment has been completely renovated, and I was keen to preserve its soul and character. I designed it to make you feel right at home.

Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in La Combe de Lancey and offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and features a private indoor pool heated to 29°C, a Jacuzzi area, and a sauna, so you can relax in a calm and soothing atmosphere. Japanese-style-inspired interior decor brings elegance and originality. Come and discover the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan in the heart of the Alps.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome on our small Quintessence de Chartreuse farm, dedicated to plants. You will be enchanted by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm premises are 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no neighbours overlooking. If you would like to stay for several nights, please do not hesitate to ask for information.

At the gates of the Parc de la Chartreuse, 5 km from the historic center of Grenoble, 20 minutes from the most beautiful walks of Chartreuse, accessible by car or motorcycle, no public transport nearby. Swimming pool access (13 m x 5 m) for swimming only, to be shared with the owners. Swimming pool open depending on the outside temperature, but the swimming period is usually from May to October. Absolute calm, great view.
