Outside is a large decking area with your own personal Hot Tub to relax in after taking on some of the many walks in the areas.

We are on the edge of the village of Bream and you can access the forest from the lane opposite, straight down a path and you're into the woods. It's a great spot for walking and mountain biking. We live in the cottage next door and share the off road parking.
