An amazing apartment commutable distance to the airport. The host was fantastic through the reservation. Quick to reply and very helpful. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for either a short or long stay in Brussels.

It went very well during my stay! The place was clean, comfortable and good location and I would even say more beautiful than in the photo. It's a little cool in the room (which is great when it's hot) but if you're a little chilly, consider taking a small sweater to sleep;) Host was very responsive and welcoming throughout the entire stay. Laurie's apartment is perfect if you're looking for a non-touristy Brussels experience. The neighborhood is great - tons of restaurants, nearby grocery stores, and great coffee. The apartment itself feels brand new, with top-end kitchen and plenty of room to stretch out. It's also much quieter than you would expect being near a major intersection. Highly recommended!

very nice and bright apartment. all the necessary amenities available. Mariya was responsive in our exchanges. the neighborhood is nice and offers several bars and restaurants. the plus point of the accommodation are the 2 patio/balcony that allow you to enjoy the outdoors. i recommend it. 👍🏼

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was comfortable, peaceful, and conveniently located near the main square and other attractions. The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it easy if you are carrying heavy suitcases. The host is also very nice. We recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Very impressed with the work and dedication to Creating an amazing space. As an engineer the stairs just captivated me. The design and attention to detail makes this Air b n b stand out for me. The area was lovely and most importantly the locals couldn't do enough for us,really friendly area Flemish people are great and that comes from an Irish person who would be the friendly nation. Well done for me.

We are a family with 2 boys and stayed at "La Chênaie Moderne” for a month in August 2024. We had a fantastic time! The accommodation is a spacious and clean space and reflects totally the description provided. It is in excellent condition: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, good wifi, free parking, numeric lock for the entrance door. We loved the enormous plants in the living room! Very welcoming! Towels and bed linen were provided. The host Frédéric is very kind, responsive, and supportive. The location is ideal for a quiet stay, Uccle is lovely neighborhood, and it is about 10ish-min drive to the commercial areas at Avenue de Waterloo and Saint-Job. You can visit easily the most enchanting woods in the city Bois de la Cambre. You can reach Brussels in 20 min by car and 40 min by public transport. Two bus lines (37 and 43) stop just right around the corner. We are very happy and grateful, and we could not have had better accommodation! Highly recommended!

We stayed at this villa for three days and it was just amazing, amazing, amazing! The villa is perfectly furnished, every detail has been thoughtfully thought out. The location is ideal, just minutes from Brussels. The setting is just perfect, even idyllic, with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful scenery. Everything was absolutely perfect, exceeding all of our expectations. This villa is now part of our favorites, and we will definitely come back to it. The owner deserves a special mention: 10/10 without hesitation! He is above all human, understanding, and always available. Communication was smooth and enjoyable, making our stay much easier. We recommend this villa 100%, a real rare find

We had a great stay at this house. It was very warm (and it did us good because a rainy week in Brussels) and friendly. A real cocoon in a quiet area, in which we felt "like home". You can feel that the owners love beautiful objects and materials. They were always available and very nice. We'll gladly go back to that!

We spent 2 nights in the listing, completely as described. Quiet neighborhood and close to transportation. The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away and in 25 min by bus we are in the city center, perfect for us.

Brussels is definitely worth a trip! The "garden" was used and really only suitable for the short "easier" for the dog. In general, Brussels, or probably all of Belgium, is a country of stark contrasts. Example: There was a, certainly mega expensive, intelligent, sensor shower faucet (which stole our last nerve), but the stairs to the garden were practically unusable for us and the stainless steel railing was shaky... :-) However, Nathalie looked after us so superbly by email that it can be easily seen over it!! It would be answered immediately and there were great tips and tricks for all of Brussels. By bus it takes half an hour to get to the center. Gladly again!!

The home is very light and spacious. Even more than you would expect from the photos. The area is quiet and yet very close to the center. Munire is really nice and helpful. We felt more than welcome. And bonus was that there were 2 sweet cats in the house. I felt very at home there.

We had a lovely time in Antwerp, in no small part thanks to our accommodation. The appartement is very pleasant and bright, and the location is ideal. We appreciated the suggestions for local restaurants, bike rentals, and walks. And Laura left us beers in the fridge for an extra Belgian welcome!

We had a lovely stay. Vigan travels for check-in. He is very nice and went around the apartment with us. The place is spacious and quiet. It is only a 25 minute walk to the city center. Otherwise the tram is right next door. A few restaurants in the area and a large area right next door. Free parking a 10-minute walk away. I would recommend this place that allows you to be quiet but at the same time to visit the city on foot.

Excellent flat, well-equipped, spotlessly clean, 15 minutes from town centre. Supermarket and bakery nearby. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Very neat Airbnb in a nice and safe neighborhood of Antwerp! Beautiful interior with a nice smell, the attentive owners clearly have an eye for detail because everything was thought of. Clearly new, because all the facilities were provided and the shower was wonderful. Highly recommended and one we would like to return to. If we have to call something minus, it was that the park was lively in the evenings on the weekend. But in the bedroom at the back you hardly hear that, so it was good sleeping.

The apartment is centrally located. It is not far to the public transport and with a beautiful swimming pool you can reach the old town in 40 minutes. A parking space is actually easy to find and there are many charging stations close to the apartment. The corner cafe opposite the apartment is a top address for breakfast. We really enjoyed staying and would be happy to come back

I’ve stayed here twice now and I can’t say enough good things. Everything is amazing! The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could ever need. Peter is the best host ever - he’s always there to help and his responses are super quick. You won’t regret booking! You’ll love it!

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights and the host was lovely. Very friendly and willing to help and the place is accurately described. Neighborhood is very cute and quiet and the walk to town is around 25-30 minutes, so bus may be more efficient. We did not try the restaurants around us, but grocery and restaurants are all within a 15min walk. The door to the room is connected to the rest of the home and does not have a lock, but as two girls we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Overall the place was nice and I would recommend.
