In der gut eingerichteten Küche ist alles Wünschenswerte vorhanden. Dort lässt sich ein kleines Frühstück mit den bereitgestellten Zutaten selbst zubereiten.

Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
