At an altitude of 1400 m in the wild valley of Garrotxes, the traditional stone and wood house was renovated in 2020. Comfort, authenticity and nature immersion will be on the program. Located at the top of the village and on the edge of the forest, it is an ideal place for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Optionally, we offer the provision of two electric mountain bikes to discover the richness of the surroundings (nature, heritage, panoramas) by leaving your car in the parking lot.

Secure ski locker on the ground floor. 5 min walk to shops and the "Jassettes" chairlift. When snow conditions permit, skiers can arrive at the foot of the residence via the green slope.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

5 minutes walk to the center of Formiguères, bakery , butcher/caterer, bars, restaurants, convenience stores and pizzeria. The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, raclette machine), BZ 140 sofa bed, 140 bed bedroom, shower cubicle and independent toilet. I fell in love with this little piece of heaven. Magical in winter with the snow covering the cottage, but also in summer. I wanted to offer my guests a more modern atmosphere while preserving the vintage and "natural" aspect of the mountain. You'll feel right at home very quickly. The snow in winter can be intense, but the cottage remains easily accessible (car equipment for snow, mandatory in winter: tire socks/chains/or snow tires🛞)

Located 15 minutes from the first ski resort, you will enjoy a south-facing orientation with unobstructed views of the Puigmal. The place is quiet and ideal for exploring the magnificent Cerdagne.
