With a surface area of 125 m², this unique property offers a breathtaking panoramic view, facing south-west, allowing you to fully enjoy the sun and the surrounding mountains. Outside, an elegant terrace, with a jacuzzi, allows you to enjoy a wooded garden, perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air.

You will stay in a very warm, comfortable and fully equipped chalet. From the chalet, you will have access to hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails. Formiguères ski resorts 10 minutes away, Les Angles 15 minutes away and Font-Romeu 30 minutes away.

60 m2 chalet on 3 levels: In the heart of the Capcir mountains, nestled at an altitude of 1800 m, you will be able to explore, from spring, the forests for picking mushrooms, blueberries, raspberries... or stroll on many hiking trails from the chalet, Lake Puyvalador, Lake Matemale (leisure center) Close to the Formiguères ski resort (10 minutes) and its amenities, Les Angles (20 minutes) and Font Romeu (30 minutes).

The "Vue sous cet Angles" cottage is located in the fir trees (frequent visits from the does!) with superb views of the lake, and can accommodate 8 people (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Not adjoining, you will be quiet, while being close to the center. The free resort shuttle stops at the foot of the chalet. Linens and towels not provided, you can reserve them at the Agnès Garcia Laundromat. Self check-in. WiFi (fiber).
