A very good warm welcome from Frederic, a very functional loft with large rooms like the bedroom and the bathroom!!! Everything was very clean and waking up with the owner's crepes was a real plus and a treat for the kids!! We recommend these cute little loft for a family stay around Poitiers. Located 15min from Futuroscope.

Very clean and spacious accommodation. It was only for one night but we enjoyed the proximity of plenty of services and the house is very well equipped, nothing is missing. the rooms are beautiful and large with a mix of modern and old stones which give them a very nice character. We will not hesitate to come back.

This is the second time I've been to Anne's and I'm still so excited! Easy check-in, parking at the property level and impeccable studio! Impeccable cleanliness, and very sufficient equipment. Anne is a pleasant and accommodating and flexible host, I always feel at home. She kindly offered me space heater. And for me, value for money is very reasonable. Anyway, always a pleasure for me!
