Holiday rentals with a patio in Follonica

lidia and her husband were very welcoming,responsive and friendly. Their accommodation was very spacious and extremely clean in a very pleasant and quiet setting with olive trees.

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

We felt very comfortable. After minor problems on arrival, Paolo's tip to drive up the side street to the public garbage containers was very helpful. Google Maps first led us out into the open field. Overall, the accommodation is a great starting point for various excursions.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we would love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S

Carlotta was always available for every little thing, the accommodation is very comfortable 3 steps from the sea and all the comforts.

Very nice accommodation, beautiful complex with large garden/pool and great location for activities in the nearby area by car (including San Gimignano, Florence, Siena) as well as good accessibility to restaurants in the area (e.g. in San Gimignano). The apartment is well furnished and equipped with the essentials for a few days stay (also kitchen, bathroom). We can easily recommend the accommodation. The only point: if you have booked the apartment in the host's house, you must be able to accept the house's ringing (even in the middle of the night).

It was a wonderful stay with Katya and Bengt. The two are super warm and you feel at home with them. It was nice to talk to them and exchange ideas. The accommodation has everything you need. The kitchen is also very well equipped. It was also very clean. The accommodation is surrounded by greenery, nestled between olive trees and a beautiful garden! Somewhat away from everything, but we personally liked it very much. You really have time to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. You can reach Siena in about 30 minutes by car and other cities are also easily accessible in about 1 hour by car. We will definitely come back again and thank Katya and Bengt for the wonderful time we spent with them :-)

We were guests at Mariapia's accommodation for a wonderful week. The information and directions were very helpful. The self-check-in is completely uncomplicated. The apartment as described in the listing, very tasteful and clean. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with a spacious garden, where you can have a wonderful breakfast under apricot trees and mistletoe. All in all exactly what we wanted, quietly located and yet in a few minutes to countless entrances to sandy beaches and the sea. Thank you for the wonderful time. I'm sure we'll be back.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

We stayed at Susanna's from April 23rd to 27th and had a great time. Susanna welcomed us warmly and willing to give us all the useful information on places to visit and where to eat the local delicacies. The villa is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and in a quiet area with sea views. Our dogs were also able to roam freely in the garden because they were fully fenced and safely. Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

We had the best week in Nada’s home with our friends who travelled from Australia. The villa was so cute and cosy and had everything you would need. Nada is a great host who was very responsive and extremely friendly, it was just a shame we didn’t get to meet her in person. The main highlight for us was when Viola (Nada’s daughter) came to the villa and did a cooking class with us. It was fantastic and one not to be missed! We made bruschetta, homemade pasta and sauce and a lemon tiramisu. We made pasta and bruschetta literally every night after as it was just so good. From the villa we travelled around in our hire cars and saw the delightful towns/villages such as San Giginano, Certaldo, Siena, Greve in Chianti, climbed up the hill to Montefioralle, Radda in Chianti, Volpaia and the local village of Barberino Val D’Elsa. I highly recommend you visit each as all close enough for a day out it combine a couple in a day. You will not be disappointed at Casa Di Nada. We loved it 😊

Staying in this apartment was wonderful. My boyfriend and I spent two nights immersed in the Tuscan countryside in a small, cosy apartment, which was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The garden is beautiful, full of fruit trees and sweet cats that enrich the living room. We will soon return to visit Sheila in her lovely country house.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We really enjoyed spending the evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and your family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Eleonora was always available and even if we did not meet her in person, we felt well taken care of. We were allowed to enter the apartment long before the actual check-in time, which was very helpful for us. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It is modern and at the same time cosily furnished and really wonderfully large. There is an outdoor area that we used for breakfast and dinner in the sun. The area is a quiet residential area, there is free parking in the street. In about 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the city centre with many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Just go ahead and book! You won’t regret it! We had a great time! Susie and Paolo were so lovely! Our daughter loved petting Luglio. The location is great. You can spend the whole time there secluded and surrounded by the forrest and enjoying the fresh pool or also do day trips. We even went the beach. The flat is just like the pictures! Definitely a recommendation! An authentic AirBnB-Experience! :)

Great stay! Beautiful views and great location only about five minutes from the main highway to go north to Florence or south to Siena.
