Very convenient apartment to reach the beach, equipped with everything you need, naturally air-lit rooms Spaces, bed, sofa more than comfortable. Free car parking in front of the house. Georg and his wife are very helpful in solving any problems. We return home with oil and soap made by them. What can I say... everything was great!

I stayed in this apartment and I must admit that it was the first time that on my arrival I did not have to buy anything other than food😊, obviously there was everything you needed for your stay from clean sheets to towels, all the necessary cookware to cook, a nice large fridge and large spaces in the rooms and a fabulous terrace with beautiful sea view to enjoy the sunset in the evening!!! what can I say, great location both for the sea and to reach markets, bars, restaurants... I recommend it!!!

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

The location of the house is perfect, close to all amenities, downtown and the beach. The house is commented on its own by looking at the photos. In fact, we found an apartment with a number of tools, spaces, decor that I doubt is reachable elsewhere. Downsides: None.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the centre. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Sara's cottage is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, silence is the master, especially at night. The garden is very comfortable for dogs, with the possibility of eating outside and freely enjoying the green space, leaving the 4-legged friends free to have fun. Only 10 minutes from the sea, it is in the ideal location! Thanks for the advice and help, Sara was instrumental in solving a "broken battery charger" problem by advising us where to buy it on Sunday! Thanks for the welcome, we'll definitely be back!

Perfectly located vintage decorated home within walking distance of historic center of Siena. We spent a month here and used her place as a center base to discover Tuscany. Close to shopping and restaurants. WiFi is excellent as my husband worked remotely for a few days a week. Kitchenette and washing machine were a big help as we cooked a few nights staying in. Mattress is very comfy and the apartment is very quiet. Church bells rang daily and drummers in the contrade practice for parades and Palio. Experience Medieval Siena here. We were very comfortable in Grazia’s place. Nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level, as bedroom and bathroom with shower is on the upper level. Grazia provides everything you could possibly want and has excellent suggestions for places to eat and sights to visit. She was indispensable helping us always responding within minutes if we had a question or needed help. Perfect place for the Tuscan vacation! Grazia is a wonderful and caring host!

A super nice place to stay. The way there is a bit adventurous and not recommended for low-riding vehicles, but otherwise quite doable if you drive slowly. But it is also totally quiet there. The cottage is nicely furnished. Everything important was available and Alessandro even greeted us with a bottle of wine. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The squeaky gas boiler and the fact that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit are a bit annoying. Maybe it can still be repaired. But that's already whining at a high level. All in all, a great accommodation with a very nice and accommodating host.

We loved the apartment. It was cozy, well equipped and had everything one might need. It is extremely central and you can walk everywhere. Parking is very close. Ingrid was very helpful and gave us tips and suggestions for our stay. All in all a wonderful stay.

Staying at the Valentini farm is like a family experience. Chiara, Luca and Giovanni immediately made us feel at home, with a warm welcome received upon our arrival and with so much availability, friendliness, affability and attention throughout the holiday, but without any intrusion. The estate is a place to regenerate, immersed in nature and in the endless expanses of vineyards and olive trees, which the Valentini family takes care of with so much love. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and an intimate outdoor space to fully enjoy the stay, with shared areas where vacationers have the utmost mutual respect. In addition to the naturalistic experience, the pool is one of the highlights to enjoy on hot days. Finally, the farm is in a strategic position that gives access to the main local attractions (from the sea to the hill, from the crystal clear waters to the medieval towns) just a few kilometers by car. It was the experience we were looking for and what we recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Consuelo's Airbnb apartment near the sea in Castiglione de la Pescaia, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest comfort made our stay truly effortless. Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

We stayed in Monica’s home for five nights and four days, and it was incredible. The second we checked in Monica sent me an extensive list of instructions and places to visit during our stay. My favorite list was restaurants and local food shops in the area she recommends as a local. The house had all the amenities you could need/want, comfortable beds, and a really nice patio area. We are a few meals outside and enjoyed the stunning view. We saw some of the most beautiful sunsets as well. The pool was really well kept. There were many wineries the were nearby. The location was also great for taking day trips to Florence and Siena. The nearest town was so cute and had a lot of nice shops and restaurants. We are so appreciative of Monica’s food recommendations and suggestions of things to do. Overall we had an amazing time, and we highly recommend staying here!!

The property is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and with a pool with an incredible view. The room was super clean and with all possible comforts. We interacted a lot with a very kind lady at the reception, very friendly and helpful. The wine we tasted was also exceptional , it's worth staying there for just one night! Extremely recommended

I stayed at this place for 4 nights with my partner at the beginning of June 2025. It was so homely, very tidy and clean, with lots of amenities and the host was very welcoming. The views were incredible. We had a car which made visiting other places super convenient. We definitely recommend and would love to come back one day!

We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed everything. The apartment is fully equipped and the pool has an amazing view. We also enjoyed the company of all the animals that walk around on their land. We can greatly recommend it and love to come again.

Pian delle More is simply heavenly. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. We felt totally comfortable and could relax super nicely. Thanks also to the whole team on site for the great service and good communication. We will be happy to come back. ☺️
