Beachfront holiday rental in Follonica

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Charming flat with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Lots of sunsets at dinner time. Nice deco and spotless interiors. Davide was quick in responding to our queries and helpful with suggestions. The location is excellent and the beach is just around the corner. Definitely we will come back to San Vincenzo and Davide’s flat.

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral im Zentrum. Es gibt viele sehr gute Bars und Restaurants direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Massimo ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert, schnell und flexibel. Wir können Massimo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Guglielmo’s place was exceptional for so many reasons. Firstly, the location could not be better, it’s on the beach and only a few minutes walk from everything San Vincenzo has to offer. The supermarket 100m away was so handy! The apartment is gorgeous, with thoughtful touches throughout along with super cute nautical decor. It also has a delightful outdoor area for alfresco dining or just hanging out. The bedrooms were great with ample storage & comfortable beds. The best thing however, was Guglielmo’s parents, Ugo & Paola who manage the property when he is away. They were incredible, nothing was ever a problem & they made us feel like family immediately. In fact, when we arrived we were unexpectedly met at the station by Ugo, & driven to the apartment, as “it looked like rain”! They were both so thoughtful & kind and the special touches they provided will stay with us forever. We were so sad to have to say goodbye to them and we miss them already. Thank you all for the perfect stay.

Donatella was a great host and answered and helped with all our questions. Her place is a slice of heaven with the most beautiful view of the sea, the most wonderful air filled with aromas of pines and herbs, and stunning sunsets. We loved to walk down to the beach and to explore the area. I can highly recommend Donatella's house and would love to come back. Great plus was that they installed WIFI just before our arrival.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We chose this location as the first place to stay for our honeymoon trip and we really relaxed there. It was so quite, so calm, so intimate, it felt like home. The pool was clean, the view was amazing, so amazing that we preferred to prepare food or to buy something warm from the nearest Coop market and to eat it on our terrace than to go to a restaurant. The kitchen is small, you can prepare there only simple dishes. I totally recommend this house if you want privacy and a relaxing holiday.

Just a wonderful environment in and out of the castle! Our hosts were very helpful as they gave us local tips on food, travels, etc. Grazie!!

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Meter über die Düne und schon macht sich ein herrlicher Strand auf. Es gibt direkt nebenan schöne Standbars, in denen man den morgendlichen Cappuccino genießen kann. Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Irgendwie war alles da, ob zum Kochen oder Utensilien für den Strand. Wir hatten 4h Stau bei der Anreise und konnten den Check-In nicht rechtzeitig erreichen. Trotzdem war Sharon für uns noch um 23 Uhr da. Das war super.

Ein ganz besonderer Ort, den wir nun schon zum zweiten Mal voller Freude genießen durften. Ruhe und Erholung in der schönen Umgebung des Anwesens mit dem tollen Blick auf das Meer garantiert! Wir waren erneut zu viert als Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern da und haben viel in der gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht. Loredana ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, die uns auch bei einer nächtlichen Ankunft nach einer Autopanne noch freundlich empfangen hat. Lieben Dank für alles, Loredana! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer! In der Anlage gibt es auch mehrere Pools, die aber erst ab 1.Juni zugänglich sind, war kein Problem….wir sind ins Meer gegangen. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, man kann gut kleine Mahlzeiten herrichten.

Super ruhige Lage ! Sara ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir würden wieder hinfahren !!

Die Wohnung hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Auch die Gästebewertungen waren hilfsreich, wir wussten vorher, dass die Besitzer im gleichen Haus wohnen. Es hat überhaupt nicht gestört, die Nicola und Antonia sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Schwimmbad war super gepflegt. Das einzige, was bei + 32 Grad gefehlt hätte, wäre eine Klimaanlage, aber mit dem Ventilator konnten wir auch sehr gut schlafen. Die Umgebung ist sehr abwechslungsreich, man muss aber immer das Auto benützen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefüllt, würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank!!!

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in Follonica. In Stefanias Appartement haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, wir haben ihn jeden Tag genossen. Die Wohnung liegt toll, direkt am Meer. Es ist ruhig, aber auch nicht weit um den Supermarkt oder eine Bäckerei zu besuchen. Gut erreichbar ist auch der Traumhafte Strand Cala Violina Scarlino, den Stefania auch empfohlen hat. Stefania ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, ist sehr bemüht um unser Wohlbefinden und war immer gut erreichbar. Sie hat viele hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Lorella, Giuseppe i co-host di Jacopo sono due persone fantastiche!!! Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa!!! Come omaggio di benvenuto c era una crostata buonissima fatta da Lorella, durante il nostro breve soggiorno ci hanno offerto frutta, caffè, e una splendida e super grigliata, abbiamo passato serate in loro compagnia come amici di sempre!!! E poi Camilla la splendida e simpatica cagnolina sempre pronta a farti le feste e a ricevere tante coccole ci ha robato il cuore!!! La casa Campo albo è ottima per una coppia, confortevole e fresca, super la doccia all esterno ottima per togliere la sabbia e la calura prima di entrare in casa, fantastica la veranda con un bel tavolo per pranzi e cene all aperto!!! La casa è veramente a due passi dal mare cristallino e dalla spiaggia poco affollata e tranquilla..... Un grazie gigante a Lorella e Giuseppe per la loro ospitalità, cordialità e consigli che ci hanno mostrato!!! La consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una vacanza al top!!!

Host Elisa top! Gentile e professionale. Appartamento praticamente in centro con fronte mare meraviglioso. Grande parcheggio fronte grattacielo!

In una splendida posizione con vista sulla Terrazza Mascagni, l'alloggio di Stefano corrisponde esattamente alle foto viste sul sito. Confortevole, pulito e comodo per aggiungere il centro e le spiagge. Consiglio di cambiare la macchinetta del caffè (impossibile da aprire) e di aggiungere qualche cialda di caffè in più. Per il resto siano stati meravigliosamente. Torneremo volentieri.

Alloggio molto bello curato e comodo a due passi dal centro. Lisa è gentilissima e super disponibile! Straconsigliato! Torneremo sicuramente.

INNANZITUTTO LA CASA DI FEDERICO È UN VERO PARADISO NELLA CALOROSA FOLLONICA, SUPER PULITA, ASCIUGAMANO E BIANCHERIA DA LETTO SUPER PROFUMATI, BAGNO COMODO CON TUTTO IL NECESSARIO, DIREI CHE ERA TUTTO IN PERFETTO ORDINE. FEDERICO É UNA PERSONA MOLTO EDUCATA E CORRETTA, SEMPRE PRONTO A RISPONDERE AD OGNI MIA DOMANDA, PERSONA DAVVERO SQUISITA IN TUTTI I SENSI. Tornerò a Follonica al più presto, appena fa più caldo che sicuramente sarà molto più bella di adesso! Consiglio vivamente, fidatevi.

L'appartamento è funzionale con gli spazi giusti per 4 persone. La cucina è perfettamente accessoriata. La posizione comodissima per il mare e il centro. Facile trovare parcheggio. Ho apprezzato la pulizia impeccabile e il check in con Jessica, solare, disponibile a dare consigli sulla zona. Super consigliato!

Facilissimo arrivare in questa struttura, parcheggi liberi intorno zona centralissima a 2 passi dalla spiaggia libera ben tenuta e pulita! Anche se il palazzo è in ristrutturazione, all’interno dello stabile c’è pulizia ed ordine. L’appartamento ben tenuto ottima la pulizia, biancheria compresa! Bagnoschiuma phon piastra per capelli sapone per le mani detersivi vari cialde per caffè ed anche un piccolo pensierino molto apprezzato, per noi da parte della moglie dell’host molto gentile ed attento alle nostre richieste. Bellissima passeggiata con vari negozietti a ridosso della spiaggia. Consigliato Ipanema gelateria davvero un ottimo gelato!! Gentilissimi anche come Bistrot con prezzi abbordabilissimi. Pizzeria haloa beach molto cordiali ed ottimo pesce, consiglio inoltre una visita al museo Magma dove viene, letteralmente illustrata, la storia della città di Follonica a tratti toccante direi, ma non voglio spoilerare…museo interattivo che diventa interessante anche per i più piccini!
