Very well located accommodation close to the "marina". Ballads and access to boats to visit the five lands. Close to the pedestrian streets of Spezia to find good restaurants and walk Access from the station on foot (20 min) or bus Ditto bus to Lerici and Portovenere nearby. Good equipment Lovely and responsive host Lots of recommendations A little noisy to my taste the avenue where the windows overlooks is very busy but after a day of visiting we fall asleep very quickly 😉 Booking without a second thought

Federica and Francesco are the best host & hostess I ever met. When they learnt we don't have big luggage, they offer a ride from port to apartment, which is really considerate at a hot, humid noon. Also, they offered us a late check out as no immediate next guest. And for the apartment, it is comfortable and well equipped, basically you have everything you need. All in the apartment are organized, new and clean, a luxury that travellers can ever have. Definitely a must stay in La Spezia.

Very tidy and clean house. Cinzia was super responsive with messaging and check in was very easy. Close to many great hikes in the area. Would recommend!

Stunning terrace view of the city and waterfront below, truly beautiful. The host met us at the train station and walked us to the place, we would not have found it otherwise. Recommend using the luggage service available, as the slope was a bit difficult for 65 year olds to manage our luggage. You must eat at the restaurant "Old School Cocktails and Food", just 20 meters from our entrance. We cancelled dining experiences elsewhere for this hometown and delicious Italian food/fellowship. The host was very responsive to a few minor issues, thank you Carolina for the wonderful stay!

Our short stay at Luca's place was perfect for exploring La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The place was spacious and a quick walk to the main areas of La Spezia and the train station. Luca met us before check-in and explained everything to us. There was a bottle of wine, waters, and snacks awaiting us. Parking on the street was very inexpensive and easy with the parking app. We would stay there again! Thank you, Luca, for your kindness and hospitality.

Annalisa’s place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. She met us to check in and gave some great recommendations. Riomaggiore is a great base for a stay in Cinque Terre! She also texted back very quickly when we had questions!

A beautiful house and location, with all the facilities you need. Very friendly host who met us on arrival and was always available to answer any questions we had, the house was clean and tidy inside and the private garden & pool was so peaceful. We had a lovely dinner in their restaurant and were made to feel so welcome, if we return to Metato we will definitely stay here again!

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Our family holiday (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is spotlessly clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Rossana is one of those airbnb hosts who go above and beyond. She was extremely responsive and caring, helping us with parts of our experience that had nothing to do with her apartment. The space itself is very clean and cute. Easy access to Porto venere and the rest of cinque terre. Highly recommend on every level.

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasize the truly impeccable cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine touches (jam, tea, shower gel, a nice bouquet of flowers) and made sure several times proactively that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

What can I say, a unique experience because the accommodation is located inside a beautiful medieval village... not to mention the impeccable service from the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the accommodation, to the service of the very kind host. Upon arrival, we found her mother to be very nice and kind, also advising us on what to do. Very quiet area, you can also go on beautiful excursions in the middle of nature and a few km away to visit the Cinque Terre.

We had a fantastic stay at Massimo's home in Altaganana. The communication with Massimo was absolutely top-notch – fast, helpful and welcoming. The home has a perfect location with an incredibly beautiful view. We'd love to come back!

This is an incredible Airbnb in Cinque Terre. It’s very easily accessible from the train station, with no big hikes or hills required. The unit is compact but never felt too small, it was very homey. The view was gorgeous. The amenities, specifically the washing machine and the AC units, were huge helps on our trip. Agos communicated often, effectively, and have very clear instructions. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. We do not have anything negative to say.

Ideally located accommodation to enjoy the Cinque Terre from the Spezia Centrale train station. As a bonus, a terrace for an aperitif in the evening!

Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.

Paola's place is in a great location and incredibly well appointed for a lovely and comfortable stay in any season. She has thought of every detail for her guests' comfort. Our family of four felt so at home here and found everything we needed. Paola's a great communicator, and I'm so glad we made time to visit her family winery during our stay. Her son, Francesco, provided a wonderful and intimate experience and even made it interesting for our teen daughters who joined for lunch. One of our favorite experiences on our trip to Italy!

Great apartment with great location and cozy roof terrace. Kitchen is super equipped. The elevator was helpful (5th floor apartment) and we were lucky to have found a free parking spot just down the street. Communication with the host was excellent. The awning on the roof terrace didn't work, so someone was quickly sent to look at the issue. Overall a great experience!
