The flat has a lot of charm. We felt very good. It is perfect for a family with children and a dog. The house is in a quiet village where it smells like flowers. In the apartment is everything you need, the host has provided us with cold drinks and food in the fridge. That was just great. Everything you need is in the kitchen, the terrace is wonderful. Free parking nearby. Thank you for having us as your guests.

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro was always super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Francesca and her kind family have created a once-in-a-lifetime, soul-grounding experience in this beautifully restored 14th-century hillside retreat in Portovenere. We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

Poetic place between mountain and sea, perfectly located to visit Pisa, Luques and Florence and especially the Cinque Terre. As for Carolina, her mom and her husband, we had a very warm welcome. I highly recommend

The highlight of the accommodation is the enchanting view it offers, unique as few in the area. The studio apartment has a kitchen in excellent condition and equipped with the necessary, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine with pods, comfortable sofa bed, TV with services. Very clean with a good level of general comfort. Please note, however, that the reserved parking space is located at the level of the SS Aurelia. The apartment, on the other hand, is subject to several tens of metres of height difference. You should be aware that you will have to climb a good number of steps. You can drive down, but the road's size and twistiness require special attention and skill. Giancarlo is an affable, understanding, and helpful person, like few of the hosts I have met so far. It will make you feel at home and pampered. I'll definitely be back soon!

It was a fantastic house. I liked it very much. The host is incredibly nice and friendly. The house was very clean, very pleasant and very peaceful stay.

We were warmly and warmly welcomed and pampered with a delicious homemade lasagna, fruit salad, tomato soup and a richly stocked breakfast basket. The house is very clean and well maintained and everything you need is present. The nice garden and cozy terraces offer beautiful views. We visited with our 2 teenagers Cinque Terre, La Spezia, Portovenere, the beaches of Palmaria, Levanto, Pontedera (Piaggio museum), Pisa, Lucca and the marble quarry in Carrara. A boat trip from "Nord Est La Spezia" with Alex is blissful. A positive experience also at "Cinque Terre Vesparun" in La Spezia. Restaurant tip in Monterosso ‘La Cantina Di Miky’👌 😋. The pizzas of "Pizzeria Da Francesco" in Follo are recommended. We had a wonderful holiday in L'aia dei Limoni, in Liguria, in "La Bella Italia". Thank you Marco and Frederica! Steve & Karina
