Well located for Lewes, The South Downs, Glyndebourne, Firle and Ashdown Forest. Hot shower, Woodburner, Gas fired BBQ, Solar powered electricity(please note that this not powerful enough to charge higher voltage electrical equipment such as a laptop, hairdryer or hair tongs etc. Fire pit, Camping stove, quality bedding.

Escape to our charming hut, perfect for a cozy retreat for up to four guests. The hut features a comfortable double bed with a single bunk above and an additional camping bed. (please be aware that for 4 adults it would be a tight squeeze and more suitable for 3 adults) Enjoy the wood burner, and prepare meals with the mini kitchenette, equipped with all the essentials. Outside, you'll find a fire pit for evenings under the stars. We provide all necessary linens, ensuring a comfortable stay.

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Gooseberry Glamping consists of 2 small cabins set in 4 acres of grassland. In the sleepy village of St Nicholas At Wade, we have 2 of the best pubs in Thanet. In our cabins you will find a comfy king sized bed with a modern en suite.Central heating through out A basic but functional kitchen . A deck with great views. The shepherds hut has a inside kitchenette, bathroom, a full size double bed and log burner. Outside has a charcoal BBQ, fire pit, lay z spa hot tub and seating area.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
