Guests have at their disposal 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a private garden with a terrace, a garage (2.1 m high) and parking spaces. There is also an elevator in the building. The apartment area is approximately 70 m2 plus approximately 80 m2 of garden with terrace (in summer with garden furniture, deckchairs, umbrella and barbecue)

Casa Klarita

At the foot of the Belvedere route (60m), Condominio I Larici, renovated and comfortable apartment with an ideal layout for 4-6 people - living room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The shop is 100m from the building. Modern kitchen. Great view from the living room window and balcony. The bedroom has 1 double bed, the 2nd bunk bed and one single bed. Towels and bed linen for an additional fee - 15 euros per person.

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
