You can also reach the Novella River Park and Lake Santa Giustina in 10 minutes, where you can go kayaking. Every season has its own charm, and between castles, mountain huts, bike paths and ski slopes, every moment is just waiting to be experienced.

Perfect apartment for 6 people, a larger family, a group of friends, two couples. Cozy, finished with attention to detail and unique design. Fully equipped kitchen. Apartment with a terrace overlooking the mountains. A private sauna is available to regenerate the tired body after exercise in the mountains. The sauna is located in the apartment and is only available to its guests. We have two more apartments in the same building, in total there is room for 20 people in Casa.

At the foot of the Belvedere route (60m), Condominio I Larici, renovated and comfortable apartment with an ideal layout for 4-6 people - living room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The shop is 100m from the building. Modern kitchen. Great view from the living room window and balcony. The bedroom has 1 double bed, the 2nd bunk bed and one single bed. Towels and bed linen for an additional fee - 15 euros per person.

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
