A two-level apartment with a large living area, perfect for up to 10 people. Spacious, with a large dining room and a seating area, finished with attention to detail and unique design. Fully equipped kitchen. Apartment with a terrace and mountain views. Guests have access to a bath lounge with a private sauna. The sauna is located in the apartment and is available only to its guests. We have two more apartments in the same building, in total there is room for 20 people in Casa.

Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

The shop is 100m from the building. Modern kitchen. Great view from the living room window and balcony. The bedroom has 1 double bed, the 2nd bunk bed and one single bed. Towels and bed linen for an additional fee - 15 euros per person.

Attic located in an ancient stone house in the historic and quiet district of San Martino, with an extraordinary view of the castle of Arco and the Colodri rocks. Located near the center of Arco and the famous climbing cliffs of Policromuro, it allows you to easily reach the many attractions and activities the area offers. One carpark available in the private courtyard of the house. (Tourist tax of € 1.00 per night per person to be paid on spot)

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
