Possibility to rent a recreational boat (May-Sept). Access via a private jetty about 3 minutes' walk away. You must be a boating expert. The building is from 1952. 57 m2. Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Hytten legger ca. 1 time kjøring fra flyplassen og 40 min fra Bergen med bil. Bare 18 minutters kjøring fra Knarvik Amfi Shopping Senter og 8 minutter til SPAR supermarked. Hytten ligger ved Seimsfjorden med direkte utsikt til sjøen fra stuevinduet og gode solforhold hele dagen.

Cabin at Lillesotra in Øygarden municipality. Designed and built in 2004 by artist Kjeld Stub. I lived here for a couple of years while studying, and therefore know the area very well. The 48 square metres, plus two lofts, are well utilised. Wake up to the peace of the forest, and stroll barefoot out on the flats, over grass, and right on rocky cliffs in the morning sun.
