Lovely location, centrally placed, great for ferry outings.

We stayed with Monika for 5 nights. 2 people and 1 dog. The home is very nice and roomy, everything you need is available and Monika is always quick to help out and answer questions. It's close to shops and the tram to Darmstadt. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We can only agree with the numerous positive reviews and thank Stefan very much for the extremely pleasant stay! We'd love to come back at the next opportunity.

There were two of us mountain biking in the Odenwald, for this purpose it was the perfect accommodation. Well located, you can get to beautiful paths very quickly and there was more than enough space for the bicycles in the garage. We'll happily come back anytime.

Place was very convenient, <10 mins walk to the train, and 5min walk to grocery stores. Overall we had a great stay, the stairs were quite steep so it was hard to bring our luggages up. However, it was a great stay overall and we definitely would recommend this place.

We stayed with Jörg for a family reunion. Since we always attach great importance to sufficient rooms and bathrooms, Jörg's house was absolutely to our taste. It quite matched the description and images. Very interesting architecture and much to discover. Large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, grill and much more. A kitchen without a soft-close and pull-out lock on the drawers. Caution with curious children (and adults:) We had lots of space with 9 adults and 2 young children. The children could "let off steam" in the garden Toys for all ages were available for outdoors as well as indoors. In the house there was also a wide range of games and books to pass the time. In short - we had a nice long weekend in the Taunus with Jörg and Claudia. Those who were always available in advance and never tired of answering our questions. We can really recommend the house.

Magical place. Peaceful and very friendly. It was a perfect weekend stay for six adults and two kids.

I stayed at the property for three nights with a dog. A totally cute place and yard, something small to discover everywhere, really felt right at home and free. The nice hosts were really very friendly, open and helpful. I recovered wonderfully, if the opportunity arises again I would be happy to come back

There were five of us in the mill and we really liked it! Nicole and Alfred are very warm and gave us good recommendations for exploring the area. Great view from the balcony directly into the forest. The street behind the house can be heard but is not very busy and therefore not a problem. The apartment is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We totally enjoyed it - thank you for the wonderful time! :)

Amazing place for whom seeking peaceful and quiet place. It’s outstanding and the view is worth every euros you paid. The house is as described. The host is friendly and very easy to communicate with.

karin was a lovely host. she and her husband were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and understanding as we navigated our journeys. they had wonderful recommendations, greeted us with complimentary food and drink, and did everything to make us feel at home in their home. ober-ramstadt was lovely and it was easy to travel to other must-see locations nearby. i would highly recommend this stay to any other travelers!

For us, it was the perfect stop on the way north. Peter was very nice and we felt comfortable right away.

We were in Kindenheim with our dog for a dog show and made it a short holiday. We were delighted with the Probsthof, the Kemenate, the surroundings and especially Andrea and Siegfried, our hosts. We didn't expect so much warmth and commitment. The days flew by and we had far too little time to see everything worth seeing. The stay here was wonderful, it was so quiet and peaceful, sitting outside on the bench to eat breakfast was really great. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything needed. Carmen and Micha were a pleasure to talk to and incredibly friendly, and of course Mia was very sweet too! It was easy to walk around the area with a lot to see and look at and lots of other areas to visit nearby as well. The hosts both gave us some tips of things to do during our time here which was much appreciated. I really recommend staying here, the cosy and quiet apartment mixed with the friendly and warm hosts made the stay perfect!

The apartment is incredibly cozy, you feel at home from the first moment. Patricija has a great sense of stylish details and loving little things that make the stay particularly pleasant. In addition, Patricija was always available and did not allow us to miss anything. Absolute recommendation!

The apartment is very well equipped. There was nothing missing. The rooms are very large and cosy. It was great that we could also sit outside in the garden. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and would recommend it without reservation.

Everything was comfortable and convenient for living. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. The only thing that was missing during a long stay was a washing machine. Thank you, we came on business and it turned out to be a place to relax

Everything was awesome! Peter was great and always available! Great village to stay in! Very quaint and rustic. We enjoyed our stay very much! The description says there is no carbon monoxide unit so we brought one and found there indeed already was one inside. The washer and dryer were no working but that was due to the prior guests and I’m sure Peter has had that fixed. Parking can be difficult especially on weekends. All in all, we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful apartment, remarkably clean and tidy! Very nice base to go into nature with the dogs and only 5 minutes drive to the old town of Idstein.
