Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Eva's "Himmelbett-Wohnung" is on the second floor of a large, detached house from 1907. It is accessible via a spiral staircase from the outside. It can accommodate up to three people and has a small kitchenette, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is lovingly and functionally furnished. A lot of emphasis was placed on high-quality beds and plenty of light. Parquet flooring and exposed roof beams make the apartment cozy.

Der Bahnhof, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Schwimmbad und Sauna sind fussläufig in nur fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Der Rhein-Main-Airport ist etwa 4 Km entfernt und lässt sich mit Auto oder Bahn in fünf Minuten erreichen. Die Frankfurter City sowie die Messe erreicht man in ca. 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bahn.

The apartment is located on the roof of a multi-story house and therefore offers a detached living situation. The host and his family live directly below the apartment on the fourth floor. Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.

Our guest house is located in Mainz. You would be living in a beautiful newly renovated and refurbished 19th century building. The new furniture is modern and you will find everything you need. The house is centrally located. Mainz can be reached by bus within 10 Minutes. Final renovations have finished at the end of July 2016. So you will live in a totally new-looking house!
