Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! Near quaint Yachats and Florence attractions and trails.

At this peaceful and centrally-located suite tucked behind a 1930’s home up a little hill, you will be close to everything important. Walk 1/5 of a mile to Old Town, where you may visit The Port of Siuslaw, many well known restaurants, art galleries and shops. Hwy 101 is a couple blocks away where our famous Pono Hukilau Restaurant is located. Walk a wee bit further to Exploding Whale Park and enjoy sitting on the river’s beach for a picnic or take a short drive to Heceta Beach for the day.

A short drive (2-miles) from Winchester Bay where crabbing, fishing, the beach, and dunes are located. Minutes from downtown restaurants, shopping and boat launches. If you're a fisherman or ATV'r there is room to park your trailer in the spacious driveway. You will be able to keep a watchful eye on your trailer just outside your door.

This home is a short 7-minute walk to Old Town Florence with dining, bars, shops, and Port of Siuslaw. It's ranch-style, riverfront, and has gorgeous views of the river, dunes, and sunsets. The beautiful bridge is front and center from the river beach behind the property. Activities like golf, dune buggies, hiking, sightseeing and a casino, are a short drive away, and Heceta Beach is just up the road. Or relax on the deck and watch the wildlife and boats go by!

There are two houses on this property and another cabin next door. All are independen,t free-standing houses and can be rented together or separately. The house was built in the 50's and still has a "cabin" feel. Cozy and spacious for a family.

Bob Creek Cabin is a surprisingly modern cabin, just across from the crashing waves of Bob Creek Beach, a beach famous for it's world class agate hunting, tide pools, secret caves and spectacular sunsets. The Cabin is delightfully appointed with comfortable living room seating and cozy beds. Guests will enjoy the Zen of Bob Creek including hotel style robes, heated bidet toilets and an outdoor hot tub!
