The huge windows and scenery looking out over the ocean is spectacular. The porch with a camp Fire is a huge bonus.

Had a great time. Both my wife and I and our other friends as a couple really enjoyed the place. The day we checked in it turned out the lockbox was broken. The door was actually open, which I didn’t realize and Lindsey had left the key upstairs, but that got resolved pretty quickly. It’s an excellent location, so convenient to downtown Florence and great parking. It’s also wonderful because it’s really an isolated unit with nobody above us or below us the only things I might’ve wanted to like more is maybe more kitchen condiments or perhaps other plates or utensils but it was very nice. The only thing I’d really like to make a point of is I think the listing is an accurate in terms of the beds themselves? They’re not queen beds they’re full-size beds. They have the length of a queen bed but the width of a smaller bed. Just an FYI overall I was very happy. I love the location and the amenities of the house was great for two couples.

We had an amazing experience during our stay. The host is super friendly and responsive. The location is quiet and secure. We even saw some deer. The inside has everything you need, plus more. There was coffee, mints, hot cocoa, even a candy bar. The inside is smartly decorated, has all updated appliances, and the shower is dreamy. All the pots/pans/dishes/utensils are supplied. There is a smart tv, where you can use all your own streaming services. I would definitely say this place is worth every penny and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here! It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. We explored the coast and so many things were close by our home away from home. We appreciated the flexible check in and the directions for getting in were spot on and easy. We loved the quietness of the home and community. The home was very clean!

The house was perfect. There was a trail to the park that was nice for jogging. There is a disc golf course just down the street. It was quiet and peaceful and a short drive to anything you could think of.

Second time here and happy to return. Downtown location fits my style and destination needs. Barry is responsive and helpful with suggestions for exploring town. Love the privacy and spaciousness… Everything I need!

Wow! Right when we walked in the door you saw the ocean. My husband and I are on a road trip and we wanted to be able to see the ocean from our lodging and this place delivered. Large windows and balcony to sit on. The place was clean and updated. We could walk to restaurants. We would stay here again.

What a lovely place to “perch!” The view was gorgeous. The place was comfortable and totally clean. Would for sure stay again.

Much bigger than expected, we were pleasantly surprised! There’s a full living room and the bathroom is much more spacious than pics suggest. Beautiful tiling and wall paintings too. Overall just super cozy and unique vibes, and in a cute area. Gets a little warm in the room but they provide a fan. Great stay, would recommend!

We had a lovely restorative stay at this charming inn easy walking distance to the famous bridge and eateries. The bed was comfortable and although the room was smaller it was plenty of room for two people and the hosts had equipped it with many thoughtful touches. The fridge was in a cabinet so there wasn’t any fridge noise - so helpful for good sleep! Bill and Peggy were great communicators and very proactive at giving advance info to guests at their cute inn. We loved exploring Depoe Bay and nearby beaches and will definitely stay here again on a future stay! Also Gracie’s Sea Hag is THE (BEST) PLACE to eat. Thanks for the recommendation. The housekeeping staff were also awesome!

This little cottage was perfect for my husband and I and our doggo. Great location, private, quiet, walkable to so many restaurants, and just down the street from the beach! Check-in and check-out was easy. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. I very much enjoyed a relaxing birthday “weekend” getaway with my little family. So thank you for the hospitality! For those driving larger vehicles…Parking is tight. Tighter if the lot is full. We drive a Toyota Tundra and found it much easier to back in to Cottage E’s stall. The grassy area in the center of the lot is wonderful for doggie pottying! However we did find ourselves having to drive on the curb a bit to maneuver around the lot. Bigger vehicles might find street parking to be easier.

This place was great. A note to mention- bring your own coffee. K cups or ground coffee. Everywhere else I’ve been (which has been at least 20-25 Airbnb’s or VRBO over the years) provided when a coffee maker was present, this one didn’t. Totally OK with that, but something to note so you don’t have to make an early morning grocery run :-) I’d suggest brining a towel for the hot tub as well. This place was quiet and clean and very relaxing. The view was nice and the outdoor area is fantastic!!!

Kitchen could use some work. Short of several things, also the first VRBO that I’ve rented that didn’t provide dishwasher soap We rented the house and outside rooms do 4 bbqs but zero bbq tools We were able to work around that We would definitely rent this place again’

The view is gorgeous. The landscape behind the property is just what the doctor ordered. 😉 The relaxing hot tub was a perfect experience. Very quiet and peaceful. North Jetty Beach is just around the corner, and provided the perfect place to sit and unwind, read a book, or just bird watch and relax.

I rented this listing for a 1 month work stay in Newport. The appeal of the condo is its location - central in Nye beach with quick access to the beach and good views. It was comfortable and relatively well-maintained, if somewhat dated. I appreciated that the owners really thoughtfully stocked it with basic kitchen/bath consumables and cleaning equipment, and there were plenty of extra linens. The kitchen and baths were impeccably clean when I arrived. The building was generally quiet at night, there was often some early morning noise from the hallways and parking lot next to the bedroom. There were plenty of dishes and good equipment for stovetop cooking - I made a couple suggestions to the owners for a couple more kitchen supplies that would make cooking for long-term stays easier. I enjoyed my month.

We were struggling to find a place that would accommodate 6 guests, Luckily we found Audrey! She was very nice and communicative from the start and the space was a great place to stay. It was very cozy but still spacious with a very cute little kitchen that had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the hot tub was an awesome bonus!

Room was fantastic, with a lovely view of the bay. They were very responsive with any and all questions I had. Check in was super easy and my stay was very enjoyable

A well appointed home, soft comfy beds, and had everything we needed to cook at home. right across from beach access and gound lots of agates and treasures to take home!

This was a perfect location in Nye Beach, close to shops and restaurants with a beautiful view of the beach from the living room. It was comfortable and quiet. Very relaxing! We will be back.
