Whether you're cooking dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, grilling on the jetty deck, relaxing in the sauna or resting in the cozy living room, the view is always with you. Välkommen hem till oss! Koppla av med hela familjen i detta mysiga boende. Vid vägens slut precis granne med skogen, rådjuren och vandringsleder hittar du detta röda lilla hus. Avskillt men nära till både centrum, kollektivtrafiken, ett flertal sjöar och lugnet. Villa i tre plan med fyra sovrum med totalt 6 sängplatser. (spjälsäng finns om så önskas) Ett väldigt barnvänligt hem med gott om leksaker och aktiviteter för alla åldrar. Sängkläder ingår ej men går att hyra för 100kr/person.

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Public beach with sandy shore 150 m away. Our family lives in the main house on the estate, located separately. Limited traffic on nearby country road. Ideal for those seeking privacy, nature and space.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
