Shopping about 4 km and public transport about 2 km. The property is 38 sqm and is located on the 1st floor and has an outdoor staircase with its own entrance. The kitchen/family room is well-equipped and has a dining area and sofa. Bathroom with shower. In the bedroom is also a desk. Bring your own bed linen (160 cm) and towels (bed linen and towels can be rented upon agreement)

In addition, there is a 50 sqm roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Assist Cemetery. The apartment is close to very close to the city and the light rail. We are a family of five living on the ground floor. Our children are 2, 5 and 8 years old. There is access to our garden including trampoline, which we also use ourselves.

The apartment was completely renovated in January 2023 and modernly furnished. Holtenauer Straße, the city center, the university, shopping, restaurants & cafes, as well as the KIEL WEEK are within walking distance.
