Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

A large dormitory-style bedroom that can accommodate up to 5 people with a 180 cm king-size bed, a 2-seater sofa bed, and a 90 cm bed. Bathroom and fitted kitchen. Private parking. We live right next door, but each has their own accommodation and entrance! We share the inner courtyard and garden.
