The house is an old tower built on 3 levels. The lower level is the double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet, it has french doors that open out onto the lower decking terrace. The middle level is the kitchen, dining sitting area with wood burning stove and flat screen tv and there is an oak staircase that leads to the upper twin bedroom with seperate toilet and basin. Le logement se trouve au centre ville de Semur en Auxois. Linge de lit et de toilette fournis. My appartment is hidden in the historic center of Semur en Auxois. The house was a very famous pastry shop so in this appartement there was a huge oven. You can enjoy this unique renovated appartement.

The accommodation is a small newly renovated equipped studio. Close to the train station it is located in a private courtyard. A small sheltered balcony will be helpful for smokers. Shops and the train station are reached by foot in minutes.
