Living room and kitchen are located in open solution with integrated appliances, fireplace and plenty of space for dining table. Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Idyllic lakeshore cabin surrounded by nature

Spacious cabin with 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeps 6 adults. 15 minutes by car from Evje. Fantastic place in the summer with its own shallow beach, rowing boat, canoe, paddle boards and good fishing opportunities. Great hiking trails. In winter, the ski runs start a few hundred meters away. No electricity or running water, but with a gas fridge, gas cooker and solar lamps. Outside toilet with direct entrance from the back of the cabin. OK 4g coverage in parts of the cabin and on the terrace.

Choose from many activities throughout the year, or just relax in front of the fireplace or in the jacuzzi. Park right outside and enjoy a warm cabin at arrival. Strap on your skis and head straight out onto the cross-country tracks. Walking, swimming, fishing, picking berries, mushrooms - everything is right outside. Drive 20 minutes to one of the many activities Evje can offer all year.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Fishing of trout in Myglevannet is free when you stay at this cottage. 60 minutes to Kristiansand. There is an oven with wood burning for heating in the cabin and rechargeable lights for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere🛖 Single small kitchen outside with double gas burner. There are full tableware, cutlery, glasses, pots and frying pan. Cozy fire pit area with blue pan and possibility to cook on a fire pit.🔥 Outhouse with bio toilet and single sink with foot pump. There is no electricity.

Small cabin, 52 sqm, sunside terrace exposed to sun all day. Wide view over lake Høvringen. 30 m from parking, but hidden from the road. Old-fashioned, simple, but good cabin standard: indoor biological toilet, cold tap water in kitchen, electric stove for cooking, cooler and freezer. Wood stove and electric oil stove for heating. Personal atmosphere, with relativelhy old, well-kept furniture. Lovely bird-singing around.
