Monthly Rentals in Flanders

Koen's accommodation is very clean, spacious and modern. The shower is worthy of a 4-star hotel and the kitchen is super modern with sparkling, ice or boiling water to choose from at the tap! There is only one bed (very large and very comfortable), the sofa is not convertible, but Koen added a mattress at our request and it was perfect. The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from the cathedral and the centre, and a 15-minute walk from the port. There is a metro station 10 minutes away to go to the central station. Koen is a friendly and very considerate host. He responded to our messages quickly. We had a great stay at Koen's and we recommend this host 100%.

The perfect Airbnb for our week long stay in Brussels!! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay… Very walkable to different places. Michael is a great host, very responsive and happy to help with any questions we had. We highly recommend.

Simple but well equiped, great value for money for the location.

We enjoyed a month in Anneleen’s cozy apartment. It had everything we needed (the dishwasher and washing machine were very nice to have). The location was great; easy access to local transit, and lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Anneleen was very responsive and helped us with our train travel. Two things to note: the mattress is firm by North American standards (Anneleen was quick to provide an extra mattress topper), and there are 7 steps to walk up to access the elevator. We would stay again if we’re back in beautiful Antwerp.
