A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.

Within city limits, but with an out-of-town feel. (No city lights! The stars are incredible!) only a few miles from the lakes, with the added benefit of being only a short drive to returaunts, shopping, bars, and everything Flagstaff has to offer.
