A covered patio with a gas grill, & eating area is reached through a sliding glass door from the living room. The bedroom with a queen bed & luxurious bedding, is sure to give you a great night's sleep. Perfect for couples or a small family. There is a loft for children complete with a futon. Beautiful 1500 sq foot cottage on 1/2 acre. This property is nestled in the pines off hwy 180. 3 miles from snowbowl and also 3 miles from downtown flagstaff. Perfect for a small family to enjoy all the local attractions. Top and bottom floor have separate entrances. Up stairs entrance has the stairs leading to it, down stairs you access thru garage. If you have young children you might not be comfortable with them sleeping downstairs. Only access to downstairs is thru garage.

Built in 2017. It's pleasant 15 minute walk to historic downtown Flagstaff and 2 blocks to Thorpe park with hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.
