Holiday close to nature in the Austrian mountains The SEPP holiday home is surrounded by old farmhouses, family houses, meadows and fields – in a particularly quiet location on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. It is the ideal starting point for over 300 km of hiking trails and alpine climbs in the Rauris Valley – one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the Salzburg region. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and proximity to nature – perfect for a relaxing break or an active holiday in the mountains.

The apartment house with 2 apartments with balcony and sun terrace is located in the immediate vicinity of the town and the lift with a view of the mountains and the World Cup ski slope. The ski bus and post bus stop is right in front of the house. A park with a children's playground is right behind the house, opposite the Enns. There are enough parking spaces right in front of the house. One pet is allowed for an additional charge. Heated ski room, infrared sauna, playroom. Laundry service.

Vacation apartment for families - winter

Our vintage apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the ski lift (10 minutes walk) and the center of Flachau. Please note that the path to our house leads steeply uphill from the village. The ski-bus-stop to the ski lift is a three-minute walk away. We prefer to accommodate families to give them the opportunity to spend a wonderful winter vacation in Flachau. There is enough space around the house for tobogganing, building snowwomen / snowmen or enjoying the winter sun.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

In the middle of the Austrian Alps in the "Salzburger Sportwelt Amadé" we welcome you in our newly built Apartment Bergzeit. Our cozy, 65 m2 apartment is located in the center of Eben im Pongau. Many exciting destinations, whether in summer or winter, can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Cycling and hiking trails, the family ski area Monte Popolo, as well as the cross-country ski run and winter hiking trail are in the immediate vicinity.

Haus Thomas - Studio Apartment

Studio apartment suitable for a couple looking to spend a few days in the mountains. The Studio is 18sqm large and is equipped with a large double bed, a small dining table, a basic kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studio is located on the second floor. There is no balcony. Please note that we are located in Werfenweng, a mountain village in Salzburg state but not in the city of Salzburg!!

The "casa wii is a fine, cozy and pleasant apartment in a very quiet location. The slopes are just a few kilometers from your retreat, which you can reach by bus but also easily by car. Right in front of the casa wii is the cross-country ski route and the winter hiking trail, where you can do your laps athletically but also elegantly. Start your journey with a smile and enjoy our "glitter" :)

Our apartment house is centrally located and in a very quiet location in the well-known holiday resort of Flachau. Supermarket and restaurants are very close. All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi. Parking is free. Behind the house is a large green area with a public terrace, lawn and table tennis table. Hand towels, bath towels and bed linens are included.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!

Our newly renovated apartment at Pötzelberghof is in an absolute dream and secluded location. The Montepopolo ski area in Eben is only 1 km away, or 5 minutes by car. The Therme Amade is 2km from us and our guests will receive 23% discount there. The space here is especially suitable for people who love peace and nature.
