Apartment holiday rentals in Flachau

The picture of the house makes it look like there’s nothing else but the house. That’s false. There’s a decrepit barn for your view and they’re building another house on the property. I had to listen to the groan of a front loader for most of my stay. Not fun or peaceful. Other than that, Hubert’s spot is idyllic. But the space itself is more like a teeny hotel room.

We were very warmly welcomed by Julia. The apartment was beautiful and we settled in immediately. Everything you need is there. We slept super well and enjoyed a great view every morning, whether waking up or at the breakfast table. We especially liked the service of getting fresh bread rolls delivered to the door every morning! A big thank you again! Our daughter was blown away by the animals and would love to jump on the trampoline forever... the surroundings themselves are very quiet, which did not bother us at all because by car you can get to different places to explore super fast.. In the evening we could comfortably end the day by the fireplace with a glass of wine or relax in the sauna for two. We as a family can recommend this wonderful place with a clear conscience! It is definitely a great break from the stressful everyday life in the chaotic city life.

We had a fantastic stay at Christina’s place. It was an easy walk or ride on the hotel shuttle from the parking area and we were given very clear instructions for check in. Christina was a very responsive host. The apartment was so cute and comfortable and the view was even better than in photos. We loved our visit to the Hallstatt area and would not hesitate to stay at Christina’s place if we returned. Thank you!!

Stayed at Max and Anita's place over the Winter Snowboard season. Great location convenient for everything. Max and Anita were fantastic, and I mean really FANTASTIC. Super helpful, couldn't do enough for me. Now I'm back home I miss them 💖. The apartment was great too 😃. I look forward to returning.

We liked the location right away. The Foxy impresses with its location, amenities and offerings. The Superior Panorama across the street from Obertauern Straße was great as a contact person. Sauna was turned on via app on request. The infrastructure at Foxy is great.

Our stay was completely beautiful. The apartment is a real value for money tip for the Gastein Valley. We will be happy to come back!

This place exceeded our expectations. We thought it was even nicer than in the photos. The lodge was completely impeccably clean and equipped to the fullest satisfaction. There was nothing missing. The hosts are lovely and totally cute, we felt very comfortable and the communication with them was also super easy. There were many advance information by email, as well as online check-in - very pleasant. We highly recommend Claudia and Harald's restaurant in Obertauern! Mega delicious and fair value for money - we are happy rolled out. We will be back! Big thanks to Claudia and Harald :-)

Very nice little apartment for four. Great views of the ski resort in Großarl.

The apartment is just like on the photos: a lot of space, a lot of light and breathtaking views. Super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and many games like table tennis, mini billiard and more. A huge bonus in a hot weather is an access to the private lake few steps from the building.

Beautiful accommodation and great for starting hikes. Anne was a super hostess.

The stay with Thomas and Thomas was beyond amazing. They were both extremely welcoming and always responsive to any question we have. They truly make the place2be feel like home and we were happy to call it that for the past few days. The location is in a small quiet town with a great supermarket down the street. There are many lakes and hikes just a short distance from their home which made this stay even better. Thank you to the both of you for providing us a great home that we were able to relax and enjoy our time spent there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you have any questions just reach out to either of them and they will provide you with all the help or questions you may have!

Fantastik place with great hikes and restaurants close by! Beautiful view, very clean and peaceful. Veronika was a super host, good communication and made us feel at home. Can highly recommend!

The house is a little old but the surrounding is amazing, very close to the best photo spot of Hallstatt

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Sarah and her family were extremely friendly and accommodating!

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a medium mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always present for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located downstairs 5 km away in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We would recommend it.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

Very cool accommodation with a lot of love and above all creatively and comfortably furnished. Very good service on site. It makes you feel welcome. Highly recommended again at any time.

We had a very nice and pleasant stay at the property. The place was nicely equipped and had a lovely location with garden. The ski slopes of Flachau can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Since we came with two cars, we also had two front door keys + garage keys available. We will be happy to come back!

Great accommodation with a beautiful view of the countryside. Uncomplicated hosts, with whom the check in and out worked without any problems. The accommodation is highly recommended if you want to spend your holiday close to nature and in a quiet environment.
