Du vil elske min bolig på grund af, at det er et sommerhus med fantastisk beliggenhed for enden af skoven og med vandet som nærmeste nabo få meter fra hoveddøren. Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. Tehuset er en del af herregården Eskjær Hovedgaard, og ligger derfor i forlængelse af smukke og historiske omgivelser. Se www.eskjaer-hovedgaard.com. Huset er i sig selv enkelt indrettet, men tilgodeser alle dagligdags behov. Min bolig er god til par og velegnet til natur og kulturturisten.

The cottage

“The cabin” is a full insulated wooden cabin with underfloor heating in all rooms. Large living room with kitchen living room (sofa bed), a room (sofa bed), toilet with bath and a large loft. “The cabin” is 66 m2 and is newly built in 2017. It is located at the bottom of our garden in private villa area out to open fields and trail systems close to forest and beach. There is a path to the water (10 min walk) and Glyngøre town where you will find shopping and restaurants. The kitchen contains fridge/freezer, oven, hot plates, electric kettle, coffee maker, service.

Lovely summerhouse where there is peace and quiet, with a lot of nature in the backyard, and everything is just a short walk from the roaring waves of the North Sea and the quiet tranquility of the forest. The summerhouse is close to Thorupstrand, which is an old, idyllic fishing village where Fiskehuset offers delicious fish dishes. If you are into hiking, there are good routes in Fosdalen, Bulbjerg and Svinkløv. Holiday center Slettestrand (swimming pool, playground, mini golf, etc.) There is a wood-burning stove and heat pump for the cold days. Welcome!

Our cozy wooden house is located only about 150 meters from the sandy beach on Louns peninsula in beautiful nature, with many opportunities for walking, running and cycling. Nice harbor environment with ferry, fishing and marina. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the town's inn or marina, overlooking the fjord. The house is furnished with three small bedrooms, a functional kitchen, And a newly renovated bathroom. Heating is with a heat pump, wood stove. It’s located in a holiday area, so you’ll most likely have a few neighbors around - but don’t worry, the ground is big, so you’ll have plenty of space to kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Outside is a 55m2 big terrasse with an amazing outdoor fireplace to spend a good time together. Less than 100 meters via the private path from the house and you are on the most beautiful stetch of beach between Rødhus and Blokhus. The house was fully renovated in 2021. Theres is Fiber wireless internet, however no televisions as this is a place of relaxation - go out and enjoy the beach 😀
