The listing was meticulously renovated, very comfortable, and very clean. It's really nice to have parking inside. The pool is great, and the view from the terrace is very nice. We were very satisfied with everything, I recommend this place to everyone.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend this apartment and visiting Levanto. Check-in and out was simple. They left us a present upong check-in for celebrating our honeymoon which was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. The apartment truly feels like a home and it has everything you would need during your stay.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other families visiting Lucca.

The apartment was light ,clean and comfortable . My wife was struggling with knee and hip arthritis so although the apartment was only up one flight of stairs the lift was helpful. What we liked most about the apartment was its location . It was a short walk to both the beach , town and restaurants. The station is about 10 minute walk away for a relatively fit person and this gives easy access by train to all the cinque terre villages. We did not need a car . Mauro gave us a list of recommended restaurants and the 4 we tried were all excellent . He also gave an indication of price Mauro also organised a taxi to collect us at the end of stay and take us to the station and we found the taxi service to be reliable and courteous. Check in was easy and we arrived at 5 pm on a Sunday which was later than we anticipated but Mauro as waiting for us at the office.

Great place with self check-in, heating, and 10-15 minute walk to both the train station and the Carnival area. Host was quick to respond and helped with all of our questions promptly. We had dinner at Branzo and Osteria del Pesce and both were phenomenal. Thank you!

We stayed 3 nights at the house,we were 2 families, 4 adults and 4 children. The house was clean and spacious. We felt right at home, we had everything you need to cook but the location is also strategic because within 500m there are bars,pizzerias, sandwich shops and bakeries. The place is strategic for those who want to visit many places in a few days. We went one day to Florence and then we were in Pisa, Viareggio, Portofino, Lucca... A beautiful weekend extended for Easter... The self-check in was very easy and the staff was available 24/7 ... Thank you

We highly recommend the place. Everything was very clean. We felt comfortable. The dishwasher didn't work properly. But that wasn't too bad for us.

The house is set in a wonderful location surrounded by farmland with beautiful views over vineyards. The house is spacious and well-equipped. Over favourite part was sharing our meals at the outside table while enjoying the view over the vineyards. The pool is a good size with lots of space for sun loungers around it and also has shady spots. Within 30 minutes you can visit beautiful medieval towns. The supermarket is a 15 minutes drive. Perfect place for large groups.

What a wonderful place! The view is amazing and it is very quiet. There are a number of apartments on the complex. The apartment is not the newest, but everything is clean and present. Definitely recommended!

A beautiful villa with lovely and airy views towards Massarosa, Viareggio and the sea. The photos show the house well, but it's only when you get to The Gargoyles that you really sense the size of the house. Very high under the roof, good rooms and lovely pool. Not much beats standing in the outdoor shower looking out over Massarosa. The outdoor area is very nice, but there will quickly be some sand in the house and in the pool. Well equipped kitchen. Both billiards and table tennis a plus. Bathroom for all bedrooms is convenient. We were two families who were here for over a week. The house is located perfectly for seeing a lot of this area. 20 minutes to Lucca, 25 to Pisa, 12 minutes to Viareggio with good eateries and lovely beach. Forte Dei Marmi, 1.5 hours to Florence and possibility of boat or train to Cinque Terre. A great starting point to experience a lot of Tuscany or just relax in this great house. Would love to go back here!

Everything was very clean and looked like in the pictures. Alessandra and her husband were very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for activities.

Our stay at the house was perfect. The old house is absolutely charming and the pool was ideal for the hot weather. The house is really private and nice for a cozy vacation.
