Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Eco-friendly house with wooden structure surrounded by nature on the Versilian hills, with spectacular sea views. In Strettoia, along the wine route, near the Via Francigena, about 15 minutes from the sea and the center of Pietrasanta, the little Athens. It is reached by a short but steep and somewhat narrow road unsuitable for inexperienced new drivers, but once you arrive, the panoramic view, peace, silence, a romantic sunset, a comfortable and welcoming home, make the climb worthwhile.

The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic view.

The residence "Stagio Stagi" is a cozy and comfortable one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Pietrasanta. It is named after the famous sculptor Stagio Stagi who lived in this house. Its strategic location makes it perfect for both business trips and tourist visits. The apartment has been completely renovated and is divided into a living area and a sleeping area. Equipped with every comfort, the property can accommodate up to 3 guests.

HOME DELUXE - Marine-style apartment

Fully renovated and furnished 60 sqm apartment at the end of May 2018 in marine style. It consists of an open space living area, double bedroom and bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower with chromotherapy, second bathroom, large balcony and private garage. Located in a very quiet area and surrounded by greenery, it is 5/10 minutes on foot from the sea. Wifi, smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning, microwave, induction stove, phone, bicycles, etc.

A beautiful, light-filled 40-square metre self-contained apartment just 200 metres from Pietrasanta's stunning main square. Decorated with care in shades of grey and white, it’s lovely and cool in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. We also offer our guests free bikes. Our aim is to provide a boutique hotel experience, so you'll find big fluffy towels, robes, lovely crisp white cotton sheets, a decent hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

The Fox's Lair

The house is a rustic stone and wood building in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to hike in the woods and explore the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany, between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden mezzanine with a single bed.

Inside the old Hospitale on the Via Francigena, adjacent to the Romanesque Parish Church of San Leonardo, a refined and elegant apartment located on the first floor of the building we have renovated and furnished. The equipped terrace will be the magical place where you can enjoy a good coffee when you wake up and spend any other time of the day, surrounded by the greenery of the garden and the singing of birds.

Borgometato - Fico

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.
