The apartment is a 2nd floor of about 40 sqm that is bright and fresh with sea view from the kitchen and bedroom. Adjacent to the apartment is a smaller courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee. All amenities are available for a nice and quiet stay.

Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest close to the center of Lysekil. Here you live comfortably with tiled bathrooms, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social surfaces and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the entrance floor as well as a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage there is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will be staying! Bed linens and towels are brought by guest, or rented by us for 100 SEK per set.

It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local sights. The swimming area and the harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) are perfect for both swimming, crab fishing and relaxing. Outdoors there is dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

Mysig stuga i vår trädgård i natursköna Kärlingesund - nära salta bad och lugna vatten lämpliga för paddling eller Stand Up Paddling. Nära fina vandringsleder som till exempel Kuststigen. Avslappnad miljö och ändå nära hotspots som Lysekil, Skaftö, Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund. Obs: Stugan är till uthyrning endast för två gäster utan barn.
