The underground parking space can only be used by very small cars (duplex parking space; see 'Access for guests').

Wer Entspannung, modernen Wohnkomfort und traumhaften Panoramablick über die Allgäuer Berge sucht, wird diese zentral und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung lieben. Die Wohnung ist ein großzügiges 1-Zimmer-Loft (41 m²) mit unverbautem Panoramablick. Ende August wird sie renoviert und zu einer modernen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung umgestaltet. Sie verfügt über ein hochwertiges Boxspringschlafsofa, offene Wohnküche, luxuriöses Bad sowie Schlafbereich mit Boxspringbett. Ein Außenstellplatz ist inklusive.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In the spacious apartment with a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, small kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, up to four people can relax. Many hiking destinations are very close. Shopping is also within walking distance in 10 minutes. There is a special offer for families. While the parents are out and about, the children can get creative in the studio.

Ein Schrankbett mit 90 cm verschwindet tagsüber in der Wand und macht den Raum frei. Eigenes Bad mit WC. Die Küche hat Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr, keinen Herd oder Backofen. Ein Streaming-TV, das WLAN ist home-office-tauglich. Ein Stellplatz vor dem Haus gehört dazu.

For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.
