We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Unsere kleine aber feine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern ist die ideale Basis für einen Familien Bergurlaub (Nähe Oberstdorf). Wanderrouten starten direkt vor der Haustür sowie die Bushaltestelle um kostenlos in 20 min ins Ski Gebiet zu kommen. Durch eigenen Privatparkplatz kann das Auto stehen bleiben. Im beheizten Hallenschwimmbad im Keller (25-27 °C) und der Sauna (2€ = 20min heizen) lässt sich nach einem Tag in den Bergen gut entspannen.

The apartment is located in a vacation resort where you also have a wellness area with indoor pool and sauna available free of charge.

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A cot (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).
