Charming ground floor apartment in a renovated farmhouse on the Mieming sun plateau. 90 m², space for 6 people – ideal for families, groups of friends & active holidaymakers. Quietly located, with kitchen, Wi-Fi & washing machine. Cool in summer, cosy and warm in winter. The host is the owner of a ski & snowboard school – guided tours and courses in winter are possible with advance registration. Fresh organic dairy products from the nearby farm. Innsbruck, Seefeld and numerous ski resorts are easily accessible.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have friendly furnishings on the 1st floor of our large, older house, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 minutes) and car (P at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farmers' shop, bakeries, butchers are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Friendly, bright, quiet garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover passing through. Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz ski resorts are a 30-minute drive away. Also other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are close by. The accommodation is located directly on Inntalradweg. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, by car 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

Our farm is located in a unique, quiet location, right on the edge of the forest and nestled in the untouched nature. Here you will find the perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing. You will enjoy the idyllic surroundings . Our family includes grandma, grandpa, my husband Hansjörg and our 3 children. We live with us between cattle, pigs, running or flying ducks, Valais black-nosed sheep, our dog Lilly, the cat Minki and my chickens - who provide us with the best eggs.
