Doors open, coffee in the sun, sipping wine at the picnic table with a CD or vinyl from the collection until the sun goes down. Two bedrooms with Auping mattresses, fully equipped kitchen and a 680 m² private garden with deck deck. The sea dyke is within walking distance. Holwerd (ferry Ameland) 20 minutes, Harlingen (Vlieland/Terschelling) 30 minutes.

On the Hidaard mound, you will stay in the stylish front house of our old farmhouse, with its own entrance and facilities. Our house has a spacious kitchen-diner and 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom. If you book for 2 people, you will get the lower floor, i.e. the kitchen and 1 bedroom. If you want to use 2 bedrooms, you must book for at least 3 people. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, a sweeping view and the cosy warmth of the wood-burning stove.

Rural location on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest we rent out our "6 person coach house". The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Do you want to stay in a quiet environment where nature plays the main role then this apartment is for you. We, Ate and Gerda are owners since 2016 and have made our farm in Jelsum completely sustainable.

A beautiful part of Friesland, with beautiful sunsets. Around this area, many cycling routes can be found, including the famous ferry route. The parking lot at the water villa has a charging station. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed in the Arkenpark.
