Monthly Rentals in Fingest

Excellent couple of days, friendly host and comfortable stay. Ideal location for our National Trust visits.

Lovely quirky cottage with spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen. Very well equipped and we found the beds extremely comfortable. Had a very relaxed one night stay. Great that the check out time was 12pm, much appreciated. Many thanks.

The house was perfect for a reunion of old friends. The rooms are all beautiful and spotlessly clean, kitchen well appointed and living room very comfortable. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy eating in the garden. If anything the pictures don’t do the house justice. Great location right next to The Yew Tree pub where we had a delicious dinner. We also enjoyed one of the recommended local walks and had lunch at the wonderful Chequers. Perfect weekend!

The cottage is charming and has beautiful views of the countryside. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is a modern bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. The owners have thoroughly researched the history of the house and produced a book which is fascinating. There are fantastic walks directly from the house and the lovely garden is perfect to relax in afterwards. The pub next door is having major renovations and there was noise from the builders during the day, otherwise it is a very peaceful village and we really enjoyed our stay.
