Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ficuzza

I am very pleased that I was able to rent the apartment. We were pleasantly surprised on many levels. Also small and large gifts on site. Contact the owner at any time of the day. Even better in person than in the photos. Swimming pool with swimming accessories with a massager, many deckchairs and chairs. The terrace is also fully equipped. The kitchen is perfectly equipped - from pots to wine glasses. 3 towels per person, clean and fragrant. A clean and well-maintained place. Check-in with a code - so great for people who don't want to have contact with the owner. The parking lot is private, so you don't have to worry about damage. If you are by car, you have everything nearby, Lidl, restaurants, mini-supermarkets, close to the highway. 10 min to the airport. Peace and quiet among the vegetation. View of the mountains and the sea - something beautiful! I will definitely choose this accommodation when I want to fly to Sicily! I was in a group of 5 (family) and everyone was satisfied. I highly recommend it!

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! We have been in contact with Andrea's brother. We arrived in a fierce storm, but we still felt at ease through the contact with him. We received plenty of tips and we could go to him with all our questions. The cottage is beautifully located next to an orchard with the possibility to sit in the sun all day. Nice bed and a kitchen with all the necessities!

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great holiday. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. You need your own car to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Loredana was very responsive to all of my questions before arrival and thank you to Claudio for meeting me at the train station and showing me around their nice home. The kitchen is stocked and I happily cooked and ate many meals at the dining table or on the balcony looking out at the beautiful vista view of hills and sea and the church. Only a 15 minute walk to the train and a few minutes to shops and stores makes this a great location to explore both Terese Imerese and surrounding areas like Cefalu and Agrigento. Quiet nights, comfortable bed with lovely Italian bedspread and cozy sheets and pillowcases, beautiful wooden furniture and ceilings, a lovely shower with bath all add to the extra level of comfort in this warm, inviting home. Thank you Loredana and Claudio for making my stay so special.

Nuccia was a wonderful host. The house is near the airport and has amazing lemon trees in the garden. Highly recommend.

This is a real wow of a house. After a pretty full on country lane drive, you’re met with a proper farmhouse with stunning views. You feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but it’s only a 15 min drive to central Cefalu. We loved having bbq dinners outside and spending time in the tranquility of the house. The welcome goodies were really thoughtful and communication was friendly and helpful. They even supplied a non slip mat for my baby’s bath, really above and beyond.

The view from the deck was incredibly beautiful, with vistas of the ocean, mountains, and an ancient tower. There was a cove on property, a 4 minute walk to a public beach, and walkable to restaurants and the Zingaro. The house itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. All in all we had a wonderful vacation.

The apartment was wonderful, even nicer than the pictures and was so great to relax in after long days of exploring Palermo. The location was perfect just away from the crowded streets but central enough to walk every where including the station. It’s in a lovely square with a great bar and friendly staff that we enjoyed going to everyday! There is loud music from the bar until late in the evenings on fri & sat only but this wasn’t a surprise to us as other guests had mentioned it and it didn’t bother us. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.

Nicoletta was a fantastic host - very responsive and flexible with arrival time and check out time. The villa is clean and well-maintained. The courtyard was lovely for meals outdoors. We were able to park the rental car on the property which was great. The only (minor) draw back is the restaurant across the road, which is a little loud and occasional traffic sounds from the street which could be heard clearly in the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Flavia's place was perfect for our 7 day stay over Easter. Spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. comfy beds. great shower and just enough supply's for a little bit of cooking. so central to everything in Palermo that we had no trouble getting around. Palermo parties over Easter late into the night so earplugs were needed but that is because we went to bed earlier than others 😅 would definitely book this apartment again

Highly recommend this place for everyone who would like to stay in the heart of Palermo. The apartment is spacious, kitchen is equipped good enough. Silvina is always ready to help.

Great place. A lot of nice details in the apartment. Rachele is really helpful and responsive. Location is close to the city center by bus. Parking is free on the street and easy to find.

Rosellina’s property is truly magical! I cannot say enough positive things about it. Rosellina and her husband are absolutely wonderful and we were welcomed with a delicious lunch and thoughtful treats and touches. This is such a loved and authentic home in one of the most breathtaking locations. We spent a lot of time swimming and snorkelling. The neighbours are their relatives and very friendly and welcoming. It was delightful. It is true that pictures simply can’t do it justice. They have everything you will need and it is was very well-kept, clean, and organised. The mosquitos in Sicily are not to be underestimated! They supply everything you will need though which was very considerate. There are stairs down to the house which was not an issue for us at all and nice because you don’t get any road noise. Parking is off the main road so you’ll need to get comfortable with Sicilian driving! It is more than worth it. You will be lucky if you can be Rosellina’s guests!

We had the most splendid 6 days at this beautiful villa. The views were beautiful and the area was very peaceful. The villa was exceptionally equipped, allowing us to cook, bbq etc. We slept really well and have come away refreshed and relaxed from our lovely stay. You will need a car, but this allowed us to take a trip to Agrigento and multiple visits to Cefalu. Anna and her husband were extremely kind and friendly.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The place was so picturesque and cozy, it instantly felt like a home away from home. We loved how peaceful and private it was, with several beautiful, quiet beaches nearby to explore at our own pace. Communication with our host was amazing! so thoughtful and responsive, which made everything so easy. It truly was the perfect escape, and we’re already dreaming about coming back.

Very new and nice place. Can fit a lot of people and has a pretty pool and views. We came with 5 people and had lots of space. Great patios and balconies overlooking views and nice seating throughout the house. Easy to get in and out with keys and a nice pizza place just opened up a 2 minute walk from the house. Would recommend staying here. The host also helped find pizza delivery, and a taxi for us when needed.

Mario's place is very special and full of character. Mario and his dad went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Great host and an amazing villa. Sunset on on the private bay was incredible. Local towns and airport were only a short drive away. Great to cook and eat outside. Will be coming back for sure.

We had a super nice stay at Aldo's place. We were 4 people (2 couples) there was enough space so that you could retreat a little in this accommodation. Aldo's dad lives right behind the property and was very attentive and directly on site for all questions and concerns. We will definitely be back! Thank you

Fantastic accommodation for our family of five. The children loved the extensive complex with pools and playground. We also visited the animals every day. Ignazio and his family are always available and take care of the property every day.
