Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

Zur Wohnung gehören: - Flur mit separatem WC und Dusche, - Einbauküche mit Elektrogeräten, - offenes Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, Flachbild-TV, ... - Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank u. Doppelbett - Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Dusche, - eigene Terasse mit Sonnenmarkise und Terassenmöbeln. A piece of idyll - as an ideal starting point for nature-loving people or small groups. The pellet stove not only provides a pleasant ambience, but also heats the approximately 100 square meter cabin. Your task - refill pellets daily - the stove does the rest automatically! If you are still cold, you will be pleased about the in-house sauna.

Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.
