The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). A fully equipped small kitchen with all the utensils you need, including a dining area for 4 people. The stylish furniture and color scheme invite you to relax and unwind.

Kleines Studio-Apartment Naturoase

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The studio is very suitable for short-term stays. It is very nicely located near the forest and is very suitable for hiking trips and recreation in nature. Bayreuth is about 30 minutes away and invites you to stroll or enjoy culture. The Luisenburgfestspiele are also very easy to reach in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, please note that the studio only has a toilet; there is no shower or bathtub available.

There is no connection to public transport, so a private car is necessary.

Pure nature in the Fichtel Mountains

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
