Very nice stay, close to all attractions and clean

We had a wonderful time at Houda’s place. They went above and beyond. Recommended activities and made us feel right at home. The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. Highly recommended.

Everything is great, Youssef, who does the housekeeper, extremely attentive and with good recommendations. The riad has a spectacular charm, it's pure immersion. The breakfast we had the opportunity to enjoy was also very good. Youssef gave us a hand looking for a guide for the visit (the topic of the guide is to talk apart because it is not really tied to the accommodation). To put a hit, the riad's patio is covered with a plastic cover, the first night was quite windy, and it made noise, but nothing that accumulated sleep to visit Fes don't fix :D You can park nearby, and then with a couple of simple directions (to be the Medina of Fès) you are ready to start your exploration. The kids really enjoyed the stay. We would definitely repeat.

Wow what an amazing place. The facilities are 5 star. The caretaker is on site and he is highly responsive and helpful. The location is remote however there are nearby restaurants and shops for essentials. Its a great place to relax and unwind.

Highly recommended. This was my second stay at the apartment. As before, the communication with Hassan was perfect. He responds quickly and is ready with any help needed. Hassan met me and guided me to the apartment. Bernard showed me nearby restaurants and sights on a map. The apartment is large, peaceful and beautifully decorated, with a good kitchen, an excellent shower and a lovely private terrace- a good place to unwind after a busy day. A great base from which to explore this incredible city.

Wonderful location. Many facilities for the reception in a city as peculiar as the medina of Fez. Very good, Sean and Hanae. If we return to Fez, we will return to this house.

Wonderful stay at Dar Benaress. Mohammed and Nabilla are amazing hosts. Before we arrived, Mohammed asked if we’d like a list of things to do in and near Fes that he could arrange. It was our first time in Fes so we opted for both of the local tours and the hammam. We could not recommend them more and were so pleased we did those. The tours were informative and our guide helped us shop and took great care of us. Another option we arranged for was the home cooked meal. We initially thought we’d do that only one night, but Nabilla is such an extraordinary chef that we did it an additional two nights we were there of our four night stay. The riad itself is as beautiful and charming and magical as the pictures show. If not more. Amenities were as said. We couldn’t figure out the AC but the weather was fine so we didn’t bother to ask. The location is wonderful and Nabilla and Mohammed were very accommodating on arrival and when going on excursions. Would be lovely to visit again.

Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was super clean and comfortable, and the host went above and beyond. She gave us the key 5 hours early, personally picked us up, and even spoke to our taxi driver to make sure we got dropped off at the right place. She gave me a tour of the Medina, introduced me to local vendors to ensure I’d be treated well, and showed me the best spots to eat. Truly one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met. Highly recommend!

The apartment is as described. The place was impeccable and well secured. Host was very responsive and welcoming. + Points: The presence of a convenience store and especially the very accessible taxis to get around the city. I recommend it.

Very nice apartment and very functional. Nabila is also very kind and very caring. There is air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and it is really nice in case of hot weather. There is even a master suite, i.e. a bedroom with a bathroom and toilet. Of course, there is also another bathroom with toilets in the apartment. I'm pointing this out because when I booked the apartment and read some people's comments, it says that the problem is going through the bedroom to get to the bathroom or toilet. It's amazing that guests don't specify that there's another independent bathroom with toilets. So, we'll have to go back to school and learn to count on our fingers because that's 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. LOL. Thank you Nabila for the fruit and dried fruit when we arrived at the apartment. A small bottle of water in the fridge would also be welcome.

Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you ever need accommodation in Fes and find her place available, don't hesitate to book it. You won't be disappointed.

Very easy contact with Mhamed; a warm welcome by the caretaker and the staff of the residence. The apartment is very functional and very clean. Nearby: Carrefour, pharmacy, grocery store... ideal for managing the stay. The driver Ahmed is very kind and very helpful … in complete peace of mind; we did our excursions around Fez and much more. I recommend this accommodation and this host!!

Wonderful stay! Spacious apartment with multiple rooms, very clean, had everything listed, functional kitchen and bathroom, new laundry machine and lots of spaces to hang clothes. We were surprised by the great view of lawn from the living room, where we saw sheep grazing one morning while having breakfast! About 20-minute drive to city centre, good local food and neighbourhood, great value for money! Highly recommend!
