Very nice stay, close to all attractions and clean

Everything is great, Youssef, who does the housekeeper, extremely attentive and with good recommendations. The riad has a spectacular charm, it's pure immersion. The breakfast we had the opportunity to enjoy was also very good. Youssef gave us a hand looking for a guide for the visit (the topic of the guide is to talk apart because it is not really tied to the accommodation). To put a hit, the riad's patio is covered with a plastic cover, the first night was quite windy, and it made noise, but nothing that accumulated sleep to visit Fes don't fix :D You can park nearby, and then with a couple of simple directions (to be the Medina of Fès) you are ready to start your exploration. The kids really enjoyed the stay. We would definitely repeat.

Wow what an amazing place. The facilities are 5 star. The caretaker is on site and he is highly responsive and helpful. The location is remote however there are nearby restaurants and shops for essentials. Its a great place to relax and unwind.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped with everything I needed. The location was also very convenient. The host was always reachable and ready to help whenever I had questions. Would definitely recommend!

I went to Fez with a group of colleagues working on a project. We stayed at Riad Elegance, a historic restored palace dating back to the 17th century. The moment you walk in, you’re transported to a beautiful courtyard built in the traditional Moroccan style, complete with a small pool at its center. Two floors of rooms rise gracefully around the courtyard which has beautiful zellij tile work and restored stucco ornamentation. As an art historian, I was in love! The Riad is maintained and managed by two lovely people, Abdullatif and Aicha. They are so warm, hospitable, and genuinely caring toward all the guests. Aicha also offers an optional, paid dinner service—she’ll cook a traditional Moroccan meal using fresh ingredients from the market. The dinner she prepared for us—I can still remember all the flavors! They treated us like family. For a great experience, a relaxing vacation, and a little adventure in Fez with a peaceful retreat to return to each evening, choose this Riad!

The house is very nice, clean, spacious and very pleasant. Emma is a communicative, friendly host and helped us with dinner, the guide, transportation and pointed out things to do and where to eat in Fez, which made our trip very special, along with the friendly Khadija always willing and who prepared us that delicious dinner and breakfasts.

We stayed for two days in Fes at Dar Eva. The Riad was just like it appeared on the pictures. Beautiful house in the heart of the old city. We were contacted by Lalla Loubba who had already arranged a porter for us to bring our luggage from the drop off point to the Riad. At the Riad we were greeted by a sweet, pleasant and very friendly Loubna. She was simply the best and made our stay at the Riad very comfortable and comfortable. She served the most delicious and full of love breakfast on the roof top of the Riad which was the best start to our day. She went beyond her responsibility to help me remove the blue color on my daughter’s skirt that she wore at Chefchaouen. All in all, the Riad was a amazing but Lalla Loubna made it ever better!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this lovely apartment! It was perfectly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was very friendly and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Very good stay in Fez, - the accommodation is clean, well located either to visit the city on foot or to take a taxi - it perfectly matches the photos, very beautiful decoration - the terrace allows you to enjoy the sun at any time - Katrien is approachable, insightful, and offers excellent advice I highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Mohammed's place. The apartment was impeccable when we arrived, with a spacious bedroom, very comfortable bedding and a cozy and well-appointed living room. A cot with two mattresses was waiting for us as agreed. The location is perfect for discovering Fez: close to the city centre and the airport, and about 15 minutes' drive from the medina. Mohammed is a warm, caring and always available host. A great welcome, you can book with your eyes closed.

Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you ever need accommodation in Fes and find her place available, don't hesitate to book it. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful stay! Spacious apartment with multiple rooms, very clean, had everything listed, functional kitchen and bathroom, new laundry machine and lots of spaces to hang clothes. We were surprised by the great view of lawn from the living room, where we saw sheep grazing one morning while having breakfast! About 20-minute drive to city centre, good local food and neighbourhood, great value for money! Highly recommend!

The apartment is better than expected, nice and clean. Location is walkable to many places of interest, train station is 8 minutes walk. Ahmed and his partner Ouadie are very quick response to my questions. Recommended, will be back when have a chance.
