Monthly Rentals in Ferlach

I spent New Year's Eve at Daniela's place with my boyfriend and another couple. We had a very good time! Daniela was always available and welcomed us during check-in and check-out and despite living in the same building she is a very discreet owner. The accommodation is really cozy and nothing is really missing: from the super-equipped kitchen, to the bathroom with everything you need (including tampons!). I definitely recommend this place!

Everything is great! Super friendly, always cheerful and accommodating hosts - you don't just feel at home but almost like part of the family. The apartment is spacious, bright, nostalgic with very well renovated, old, beautiful furniture, a perfectly equipped kitchen including basic food, spices, dishes, kitchen, shower and hand towels,.... very spacious shower and nice balcony with table and armchairs, cozy TV area with sofa including satellite TV and included Wi-Fi. Very good beds with good blackout options. The stay was just PERFECT for me!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage in Ferlach! The house is very cozy, well equipped and clean so you immediately feel at home. The location is perfect to explore the beautiful nature around Ferlach, and also the proximity to sights and hiking trails is a big plus. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We can recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting. We are already looking forward to the next visit :)

I stayed at Melanie’s place for 2 months and the quality-price ratio is insanely good. You’re in the perfect spot: gym (2min walk), LIDL & BILLA (1min walk), Eurospar (5min walk), bakery (1min walk), dm (2min walk), bus stop (1min walk), and many more places are quickly accessible by foot. The area is very safe and chill. The apartment has lots of natural light and everything you need (fast WI-FI, washing machine, etc). There’s also everything you need to clean the apartment if something gets dirty. I’ve never had any issues, but if you have one, Melanie will quickly fix it for you. I rarely leave reviews, but this is one of the best BnB’s I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!
