Charming farmhouse from 1867 Sit in the living room and watch the sun set into the ocean, or the autumn storm build waves as big as houses. The path to Karmøy's natural phenomenon Dueglock goes via the property. Eager birdwatchers waltz hit all year year all year year. Jump with Viking vents from King Ferking, Ferkingstad fishing port, Fishermen's Memorial and Stavasanden are a short trip away. The coastal path from Ferkingstad to Åkrehamn with some of Norway's finest sandy beaches is recommended. Feel free to try your fishing luck from land when the weather permits.

Førsteetasjen i en sjarmerende villa fra 1912. Moderne, varmt og bekvemt, så vi beholder komforten, men med tydelige spor av gammel stil. Huset ligger i en rolig blindgate, et steinkast bak rådhuset. Setter du deg ute i gården med en kaffe, kan du nyte morgensolen og synet av rådhuskuppelen. Det er bare ett hus mellom Laurentzes hus og kinoen. Vil du ha en frokost i det grønne, kan du lage deg en kaffe på kjøkkenet, og spasere to minutter bort i Byparken og nyte den på en grønn benk der.

Newly renovated farmhouse in peaceful surroundings.

The house is a farmhouse from 1907, it was completely renovated in 2019. The house is situated in an open countryside surrounded by farms that run with sheep, cows and horses. These surroundings create gorgeous views from all rooms. On our farm we are engaged in fruit and berry cultivation, producing apple must and aronia juice for sale. In addition, we have a small home bakery where we bake potato cakes. The house is unassuming in relation to both neighbors and the host family residence.

The micro cabin was finished in August 2023. It's 17.6 square. In the living room there is 5 seats and a chest table with storage. The couch can be turned out to a double bed. The accommodation is in the loft. There you are under a skylight and can admire the starry sky and the sea view if the weather plays. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hot plates, microwave and necessary kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a water toilet, a sink w/mirror cabinet and shower.
