Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Welcome to the Waldzeithaus, a quiet retreat in the Hardter Forest. The cottage can accommodate up to four people. It has a room with a bed and sofa bed. The beautiful location in the middle of the forest invites you to take walks, bike tours and hikes. In the immediate vicinity there is a pony farm and a forest playground. Dogs are welcome and the entire property is fenced. Restaurants are within walking distance, shopping facilities are in the nearby town.

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and has been built with natural building materials. A terrace for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening awaits you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp around carefree. Our farm is rural and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.

Feel at home in our apartment in the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. There is one bedroom (double bed), one private bathroom with shower, one large living-dining room and one large roof terrace. There is also a small cooking area (no kitchen) with microwave, fridge, coffee maker and double stove top. We share the hallway, the HW room and the staircase. My study is on the same floor.
