..authentic object, detailed and lovingly restored and expanded. Very successful, with kitchenette and daylight shower. Quiet hillside location with garden area and views. Overall good micro and macro location. Verbania can be reached in ten minutes and also to Como it is only about an hour. Recommended-

Beautiful apartment with a splendid view of Lake Maggiore (even more beautiful than in the photos). Sylvia is adorable, very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is superb for a few days on the shores of Lake Maggiore away from mass tourists. It has everything you need in the apartment so it's really perfect. The port of Feriolo is charming and peaceful and it's really very pleasant. We really recommend it and will be happy to come back! Just a small downside: there must be an Airbnb in the apartment above and it's not very well soundproofed so we were a little embarrassed (we could hear children running and shouting in the apartment) sometimes (but, with quiescent balls, the problem is solved).

We had a lovely stay with the family. Accommodation in a good location, clean and faithfully equipped according to the description. Feriolo Beach is within walking distance and Feriolo is centrally located for easy exploration of the west shore of Lake Cannobio in Arona via Baveno, Stresa and the Borromean Islands. Grazia welcomed us warmly. The only small downside may be the proximity to the highway but the traffic is relatively low and the noise is barely audible and only for those who sleep in the living room and not in the bedroom. Thanks for this stay. Property we recommend.

We had a very nice 4 day stay at Eleonora's place. The apartment is very clean and modern. The balcony is very large and has a beautiful view of the lake. In the entrance area there is also a small yard with seating. The bathroom is very modern with a rainfall shower. Small snacks, juice, milk and water were provided free of charge. A small vohang on the windows in the bathroom might be recommended. The mattress in the bedroom was too soft for our circumstances. Conclusion of the apartment: great apartment and definitely worth a second visit. ♡
