A great base for exploring Lake Maggiore. Really good sized house with two bathrooms at a very reasonable price. The house was very close to either a public or private beach. Five minute walk to the Baveno town – and with easy access to the wider Maggiore area via the train station/ferry. Carlo was a perfect host – with friendly, clear communication as well as recommendations for the local area. Grazie Carlo!

We felt very comfortable in the small, well-appointed apartment. The balcony with the magnificent view, the cosy furniture and the existing privacy was our highlight. Thanks again to Bettina for her help in planning our excursions. We had a nice time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Franceso was an absolute incredible host. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and provided lots of tip/tricks/recommendations for traveling around and enjoying Lake Como. The place was super nice and modern with all the amenities listed (for anyone worried about AC, it worked quickly and was more than enough to cool it). Outside, the view was absolutely stunning and it was so peaceful and quiet at night (it is a very quiet area in general which was a plus...absolutely no tourist noise or traffic). With it being in a quiet area, I do have to prewarn it is up on a hillside that requires walking up steep hills and some staircases (when arriving, you will definitely want to have some way of being dropped off at the door if you have large, heavy baggage), but it is worth the climb. :) All in all, I couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone, especially couples, who want a beautiful, quiet place to stay and enjoy on Lake Como.

Paulo’s apartment is fabulous. It is right in the centre of town, close to everything, with fantastic lake views. It is stylishly furnished and well equipped, with a great little terrace just big enough for 2. Paulo and his mother were very friendly and welcoming, and full of information about the area. We would highly recommend this apartment, and we hope to return.

Thanks stefano for a great stay. Apartment is in an amazing location in the main square overlooking the lake and island. This was our most favourite place out of three stays on different lakes in Italy. Great balcony for relaxing and people watching. Despite the bars and restaurants in the square the apartment was peaceful. Apartment was clean and well equipped..

We enjoyed our time at the Sunset House. There was a beautiful view on the lake, Rubens was very friendly and easy to communicate with, the house had everything we needed and it was great that our dog could freely walk around in the fenced garden.

We enjoyed the week at Villa Mauro very much and felt comfortable right now. The location and view is magnificent. We will be happy to come back.

Convenient to the train and to town, quiet and convenient. Lots of windows so it cools down well when the sun goes down. Small room and small shower but sufficient.

Valentina's apartment is very clean and beautiful. The view of Lake Maggiore is fantastic. We were there at the beginning of June and it was really quiet at night, you could sleep with the windows open. Everything is in walking distance. A parking space would be helpful, but you read in the description that there is no parking space and no air conditioning, so you know in advance. We would come back, for us it was the perfect, small apartment! 💖 Thank you Valentina! 🥰

The apartment is very conveniently located 50 meters from the beach in Reno. There is a covered parking space for the car. There is also a (chargeable) e-charging station 30 metres away. The kitchen is very good and fully equipped for a holiday apartment. Since the car ferry from Levano to Indra runs every 30 minutes, you will arrive on the west side of the lake in no time. Andrea responded to all messages within a few minutes and was always able to help us. Therefore, we can recommend the apartment without restriction :-)

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described – if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a dream house . The highlight, though, was the window view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking and made every moment even more special. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the quality, comfort, and experience, this place is absolutely worth the money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

Simply beautiful describes the apartment, the hosts the view and Stresa itself. We travelled from Australia around the top north of Italy & this was our favorite 10 out of 10 accommodation the apartment was spacious modern and lovely. Loved the hot tub after a long day. The hosts extremely friendly and helpful. The town of Stresa beautiful as well as the local food. Thank you so much for an absolute wonderful memory for our trip.

Had a wonderful stay at the place! Everything was exactly as stated in the description – if not better. The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal: quiet, but still well connected, with restaurants and shopping. I would especially like to emphasise that the host is very friendly, helpful and always available for questions or concerns. You can immediately tell that a lot of heart and attention to detail has gone into this. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free accommodation!

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Very well located and very clean apartment. The free pitches right next door are perfect. We are not in the bustle of Stresa but not far either. The location is the right balance between practical and quiet. Elena was very helpful and the exchanges were very courteous. We recommend the apartment.

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. It was a very nice and warm welcoming thanks to Maina and her husband. They provided us more than we would have needed, even the fridge was filled. We would definitely come back!

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
